Singrauli Breaking News: कलेक्टर (Collector) गौरव बैनल की अध्यक्षता में आज कलेक्ट्रेट ऑडिटोरियम (Collectorate Auditorium today under the chairmanship) में एक ज़रूरी रिव्यू मीटिंग हुई। मीटिंग में नॉर्दर्न कोलफील्ड्स (Northern Coalfields in the meeting) के अलग-अलग प्रोजेक्ट्स से जुड़े डेडलाइन मीटिंग में मिले लेटर्स (Letters received during deadline meetings related to projects) और पेंडिंग केसेज़ की डिटेल में रिव्यू (Detailed review of pending cases) किया गया। कलेक्टर ने NCL के गोरबी ब्लॉक-B, जयंत और निगाही प्रोजेक्ट्स के तहत काम कर रही OB कंपनियों के कामकाज का रिव्यू (Review of the performance of OB companies working under Nigahi Projects) किया और सरकार के नियमों के मुताबिक और पहले से तय क्राइटेरिया के तहत लोकल लोगों को नौकरी देने के सख्त निर्देश (Strict instructions to provide jobs to local people under the prescribed criteria.) दिए।
कलेक्टर ने यह भी निर्देश (The collector also directed) दिया कि सभी संबंधित कंपनियां अपने चुने हुए कैंडिडेट्स की लिस्ट तुरंत लेबर डिपार्टमेंट (The concerned companies will immediately send the list of their selected candidates to the Labour Department.) को दें। लेबर डिपार्टमेंट इस लिस्ट के आधार पर अपॉइंटमेंट प्रोसेस (The Labor Department will start the appointment process based on this list.) और तय क्राइटेरिया के पालन की बारीकी से जांच करके अपनी रिपोर्ट देगा। प्रोसेस में ट्रांसपेरेंसी बनाए रखने के लिए जांच टीम मौके (The investigation team visits the spot to maintain transparency in the process.) पर जाकर फिजिकल वेरिफिकेशन (physical verification) भी करेगी।
मज़दूरों (laborers) और कर्मचारियों के हितों की रक्षा करते हुए कलेक्टर ने कंपनियों को सख्त लहजे में निर्देश (The Collector issued strict instructions to the companies to protect the interests of the employees.) दिया कि वे अपने अंडर काम करने वाले सभी कर्मचारियों को तय सैलरी (Fixed salary for all employees working under him) और PF का पेमेंट समय पर करें। उन्होंने साफ चेतावनी दी कि सैलरी पेमेंट में कोई गड़बड़ी या शिकायत मिलने पर संबंधित कंपनी के खिलाफ सख्त (If there is any irregularity or complaint in salary payment, strict action will be taken against the concerned company.) कार्रवाई की जाएगी। मीटिंग में एडिशनल कलेक्टर (Additional Collector in the meeting) पीएस त्रिपाठी, लेबर इंस्पेक्टर राहुल प्रधान और संबंधित कंपनियों के प्रतिनिधि मौजूद (Representatives of the companies concerned were present.) थे।
