Petrol and Diesel News: क्या पेट्रोल-डीजल की जमाखोरी रोकने और आम लोगों तक निर्बाध फ्यूल सप्लाई बनाए रखने के लिए केंद्र सरकार ने बल्क खरीद पर 90 दिनों की बड़ी पाबंदी लगा दी है?
Petrol and Diesel News: पेट्रोलियम (petroleum) और नेचुरल गैस मंत्रालय ने देश में फ्यूल की आसानी से उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित (The Ministry of Natural Gas has ensured the easy availability of fuel in the country.) करने के लिए एक अहम आदेश जारी (An important order issued.) किया है। इसके तहत, इंडस्ट्रियल (Industrial) , कमर्शियल (Commercial) और इंस्टीट्यूशनल कस्टमर (Institutional Customer) अगले 90 दिनों तक पेट्रोल पंप से पेट्रोल (Petrol from the petrol pump) और डीज़ल की बल्क खरीद (Bulk purchase of diesel) नहीं कर पाएंगे। इन कस्टमर को अब अपनी ज़रूरत के लिए सिर्फ़ ऑथराइज़्ड होलसेल सेंटर (Customers can now only go to authorized wholesale centers for their needs.) (बल्क सेल पॉइंट) का ही इस्तेमाल करना होगा।
कीमतों में अंतर के कारण लिया गया फैसला
यह फैसला रिटेल पंप रेट (Retail pump price decision) और बल्क मार्केट प्राइस के बीच बढ़ते बड़े अंतर को देखते हुए लिया (This decision was taken in view of the widening gap in bulk market prices.) गया है। मौजूदा रिटेल रेट मार्केट प्राइस से काफी कम (Current retail rate is significantly lower than the market price.) हैं, जिससे बल्क यूज़र सस्ते फ्यूल के लिए रिटेल पंप का रुख कर रहे हैं। सरकार का मानना (The government believes) है कि इस असामान्य मांग के कारण आम कस्टमर के लिए सप्लाई पर असर पड़ सकता है और लोकल लेवल पर कमी हो सकती (There could be a shortage at the local level.) है।
जमाखोरी और काला बाज़ारी
सरकारी आदेश के अनुसार (In accordance with the government order) , रिटेल स्टेशनों पर डीज़ल की बिक्री अब सिर्फ़ गाड़ी के टैंक (Diesel will now be sold at retail stations only through vehicle tanks.) या मंज़ूर कंटेनर में 200 लीटर प्रति दिन तक ही सीमित रहेगी (It will remain limited.) । साथ ही, राज्य सरकारों को जमाखोरी (Hoarding by state governments) , ब्लैक मार्केटिंग और गैर-कानूनी खरीद के खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई (Strict action against illegal purchase) करने का निर्देश दिया गया है। इस कदम का मुख्य मकसद इंटरनेशनल जियोपॉलिटिकल संकट के दौरान देश में बिना रुकावट फ्यूल सप्लाई (The primary objective of the move is to ensure uninterrupted fuel supply in the country amidst the international geopolitical crisis.) बनाए रखना है।
