Singrauli Breaking News: सिंगरौली जिले की नवपदस्थ जिला शिक्षा अधिकारी (The district’s newly appointed District Education Officer) कविता त्रिपाठी द्वारा पदभार ग्रहण करते ही जारी किए गए एक आदेश ने विवाद खड़ा (The order sparked a controversy.) कर दिया है। 25 जून को जारी आदेश में जिले (In the issued order, the districts…) के सभी शासकीय विद्यालयों के प्राचार्यों एवं संस्था प्रमुखों को निर्देश (Instructions to the principals and heads of government schools) दिए गए हैं कि सक्षम अधिकारी की पूर्व अनुमति के बिना पत्रकारों एवं आम नागरिकों को विद्यालय परिसर में प्रवेश न दिया (Journalists and ordinary citizens were not permitted to enter the school premises without the prior permission of the competent authority.) जाए। आदेश में इसका उद्देश्य छात्र-छात्राओं की सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करना तथा शासकीय कार्यों में अनावश्यक व्यवधान रोकना (Objective: To ensure the safety of students and prevent unnecessary disruptions to official work.) बताया गया है।
हालांकि आदेश सामने आने के बाद पत्रकार संगठनों (After the order came out, journalist organizations,) , सामाजिक कार्यकर्ताओं (Social activists) और आम नागरिकों ने इस पर सवाल उठाने शुरू कर (Common citizens started raising questions about this.) दिए हैं। उनका कहना है कि जिले की शिक्षा व्यवस्था पहले से ही विभिन्न शिकायतों (The education system of the district is already facing various complaints.) और अव्यवस्थाओं को लेकर चर्चा में रही (It remained in the news due to mismanagement.) है। ऐसे में पत्रकारों (Journalists) और आमजन के प्रवेश पर प्रतिबंध जैसे निर्देश पारदर्शिता (Instructional Transparency) और जवाबदेही को प्रभावित (Affecting accountability) कर सकते हैं। कई लोगों का आरोप है कि इस तरह के आदेश से विद्यालयों की वास्तविक स्थिति सार्वजनिक होने में बाधा उत्पन्न (The order hinders the disclosure of the actual status of schools.) हो सकती है।
