Breaking News: शक्ति नगर, स्थानीय शक्तिपीठ श्री ज्वालामुखी मंदिर, शक्ति नगर क्षेत्र का प्रमुख धार्मिक एवं आस्था का केंद्र (A major center of religion and faith in the Shakti Nagar area.) है। मध्य प्रदेश, छत्तीसगढ़, झारखंड, बिहार सहित देश के विभिन्न राज्यों से वर्षभर श्रद्धालु एवं तीर्थयात्री दर्शन-पूजन (Devotees and pilgrims from different states of the country visit the temple throughout the year.) के लिए यहां आते हैं। आगामी श्रावण मास को देखते हुए प्रतिदिन बड़ी संख्या में कांवड़ियों एवं श्रद्धालुओं के आगमन की संभावना (In view of the likelihood of a large number of Kanwariyas and devotees arriving daily…) है।
मंदिर के सामने स्थित प्राचीन मार्ग के समीप (Near the ancient path situated in front of the temple) एनटीपीसी सिंगरौली तृतीय चरण विस्तार परियोजना द्वारा निर्माण कार्य (Construction work by NTPC Singrauli 3rd Stage Expansion Project) हेतु बनाए गए मटेरियल यार्ड के कारण क्षेत्र में भारी वाहनों (Heavy vehicles in the area due to the material yard) , ट्रकों, ट्रेलरों एवं बल्क कैरियरों का आवागमन लगातार बढ़ (The traffic of trailers and bulk carriers continues to increase.) गया है। आरोप है कि ये भारी वाहन मंदिर परिसर के पार्किंग स्थल (It is alleged that these heavy vehicles are parked in the parking space of the temple premises.) में खड़े कर दिए जाते हैं तथा मार्ग को अवरुद्ध कर देते हैं, जिससे श्रद्धालुओं एवं स्थानीय नागरिकों को भारी कठिनाइयों का सामना (Devotees and local citizens faced huge difficulties.) करना पड़ रहा है।
स्थानीय लोगों का कहना है कि मंदिर पार्किंग (Locals say the temple parking) में खड़े वाहनों के चालक खुलेआम मांस एवं मदिरा का सेवन (Drivers of parked vehicles openly consuming meat and alcohol.) करते हैं, जिससे धार्मिक स्थल की गरिमा भी प्रभावित (The sanctity of the religious site is also compromised.) हो रही है। इस संबंध में मंदिर के तीर्थ पुरोहित पंडित वेदांती मिश्रा द्वारा पूर्व में मुख्यमंत्री पोर्टल पर शिकायत दर्ज कराई (A complaint was previously lodged on the Chief Minister’s portal.) गई थी। शिकायत के उपरांत स्थानीय पुलिस (After the complaint, the local police) ने कार्रवाई करते हुए पार्किंग से वाहनों को हटवाया (Action was taken to have the vehicles removed from the parking area.) था, किंतु परियोजना प्रबंधन की लापरवाही (Negligence in project management) के कारण पुनः भारी वाहन मंदिर परिसर एवं पार्किंग क्षेत्र (Vehicle Temple Complex and Parking Area) में खड़े किए जाने लगे हैं।
मंदिर के तीर्थ पुरोहितों एवं क्षेत्रीय नागरिकों ने परियोजना प्रबंधन से पूर्व में निर्मित (Local citizens have previously worked with the project management.) , किंतु वर्तमान में बंद पड़े वैकल्पिक मार्ग (Currently closed alternative routes) को पुनः चालू करने का आग्रह किया था, ताकि निर्माण कार्य में लगे भारी वाहनों का आवागमन उसी मार्ग (Movement of heavy vehicles engaged in construction work along the same route) से हो सके और तीर्थ यात्रियों को सुरक्षित एवं निर्बाध आवागमन की सुविधा मिल (Pilgrims should be provided with safe and uninterrupted travel facilities) सके। इसके बावजूद अब तक कोई प्रभावी कदम नहीं उठाया गया है।
वर्तमान स्थिति में मंदिर के मुख्य प्रवेश मार्ग(The main entrance to the temple is in a) एवं प्राचीन मार्ग पर लगातार भारी वाहनों (…and heavy vehicles continuously on the old route…) की आवाजाही तथा मंदिर पार्किंग में ट्रक-ट्रेलरों के खड़े रहने से श्रद्धालुओं (…devotees [facing difficulties] due to the movement of vehicles and the parking of truck-trailers in the temple parking area…) , महिलाओं, बच्चों एवं बुजुर्गों को आवागमन में गंभीर कठिनाइयों का सामना (The elderly face serious difficulties in commuting.) करना पड़ रहा है। साथ ही, दुर्घटना की आशंका भी लगातार बनी हुई है।
क्षेत्रीय नागरिकों एवं मंदिर पुजारी परिवार ने एनटीपीसी परियोजना प्रबंधन (The temple priest family [approached/engaged with] the NTPC project management…) , जिला प्रशासन एवं स्थानीय पुलिस प्रशासन से मांग (Demand addressed to the district administration and local police administration.) की है कि मंदिर परिसर एवं पार्किंग क्षेत्र में भारी वाहनों के प्रवेश एवं पार्किंग पर तत्काल रोक लगाई जाए, वैकल्पिक मार्ग को शीघ्र संचालित किया जाए तथा श्रावण मास के दौरान श्रद्धालुओं की सुरक्षा एवं सुगम आवागमन सुनिश्चित करने के लिए आवश्यक व्यवस्था (Necessary arrangements to ensure the safety and smooth movement of pilgrims.) की जाए।
