Singrauli Breaking News: सिंगरौली अंधेरे के भरोसे; बंद स्ट्रीट लाइटों ने नगर निगम की व्यवस्था पर खड़े किए बड़े सवाल, जनता में बढ़ रहा आक्रोश?

Singrauli Breaking News: सिंगरौली नगर पालिक निगम क्षेत्र (Singrauli Municipal Corporation area) के मोहल्लों एवं कस्बो की बिजली व्यवस्था अस्त-व्यस्त (Power supply system in neighborhoods and towns in disarray.) है। आलम यह है कि कई मोहल्लों में रात के समय अंधेरा छाया हुआ (Many neighborhoods are shrouded in darkness at night.) रहता है। अधिकांश स्ट्रीट लाइटे खराब हैं या फिर किन्ही कारणों से बंद (Most of the streetlights are out of order or switched off for some reason.) है। आरोप है कि ननि के विद्युत प्रभारी जान कर भी अनजान बने (Despite being aware, the Municipal Corporation’s electricity in-charge feigned ignorance.) हुये हैं।
दरअसल पिछले कुछ महीनों से ननि क्षेत्र के स्ट्रीट लाइटे खराब हो रही (Streetlights in the Nani area are malfunctioning.) हैं। गनियारी, बलियरी, चौरा टोला, चन्द्रमा टोला, विंध्यनगर मार्ग, अम्बेडकर चौराहा, ताली, बिलौंजी बस्ती, विश्वकर्मा मोहल्ला, मुख्य बस्ती समेत नगरीय क्षेत्र के अधिकांश बस्तियों एवं मोहल्लों की स्ट्रीट लाइटे बंद पड़ी (Street lights in most settlements and neighborhoods of the urban area, including the main settlement, are non-functional.) रहती हैं या फिर रात के समय कोई चालू नही करता (Then, no one turns it on at night.) है। आरोप यही लग रहे हैं कि स्ट्रीट लाइटो की क्वालिटी ठीक न होने (The allegations are that the quality of street lights is not good.) से आये दिन खराब हो जा रही हैं। इस तरह की शिकायते नगर निगम में आम बात हो चुकी (Such complaints have become commonplace at the Municipal Corporation.) है। यहां शिकायतो का कोई असर भी नही पड़ रहा है। फिलहाल नगर निगम के विद्युत शाखा (At present, the electricity department of the Municipal Corporation) में मची भर्रेशाही को लेकर कई पार्षद भी नाराज हैं। हालांकि प्रभारी पर पार्षदो का नाराजगी का कोई असर भी नही दिख (The councilors’ displeasure does not appear to have had any impact.) रहा है। मोहल्ले वासियों ने इस ओर ननि आयुक्त का ध्यान आकृष्ट (The residents of the neighborhood drew the Municipal Commissioner’s attention to this matter.) कराया है।
शिकायतो का भरमार, प्रभारी बेसूध
नगर पालिक निगम सिंगरौली के विद्युत शाखा (Electrical Department, Singrauli Municipal Corporation) में लाखों-करोड़ों रूपये की खरीदी की जाती है। यह बात किसी से छुपी हुई नही है। ननि के विद्युत शाखा में क्या हो रहा है, वह जग-जाहिर है। इस तरह की आये दिन शिकायते (Complaints of this kind are a regular occurrence.) भी मिलती रहती हैं, फिर भी ननि पर इसका असर नही पड़ रहा है। वहीं बरसात का सीजन भी चल रहा है, रात के समय स्ट्रीट लाइटो के बंद होने से बस्तियों व मोहल्लों में अंधेरा छा (Due to the streetlights being switched off at night, darkness prevails in the settlements and localities.) जाता है। कई मोहल्लों की स्ट्रीट लाइटे बीच-बीच की नही (Streetlights in several neighborhoods are not working.) जलती हैं। पार्षद से लेकर मोहल्ले वासी भी ननि में शिकायत करते रहते हैं, इसके बावजूद प्रभारी बेसूध हैंं, जबकि बिजली संबंधी समस्या कम नही है, इसके बावजूद प्रभारी शिकायतो को टालमटोल (Despite this, the in-charge is delaying the complaints) कर देते हैं या फिर विशेष दबाव में ही स्ट्रीट लाइटो का सुधार (Streetlights repaired only under special pressure.) कराते हैं
