Singrauli Breaking News: सिंगरौली में छात्रों का शक्ति प्रदर्शन; प्रशासन को 15 दिन की मोहलत, फिर ढाई लाख युवाओं के महाआंदोलन की चेतावनी

Singrauli Breaking News: सिंगरौली जिले की विभिन्न समस्याओं (Various problems of Singrauli district) को लेकर रविवार को बड़ी संख्या में छात्र सड़कों पर उतर (A large number of students took to the streets) आए। शहर में रैली निकालते हुए छात्रों ने जिला कलेक्टर को ज्ञापन सौंपकर सड़क सुरक्षा (Submitting a memorandum on road safety) , शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य, रोजगार, भूमि अधिग्रहण और मूलभूत सुविधाओं से जुड़े मुद्दों के शीघ्र समाधान की मांग (Demand for the speedy resolution of issues related to basic amenities.) की।
प्रदर्शन के दौरान छात्रों ने चेतावनी (Students issued a warning during the protest.) दी कि यदि 15 दिनों के भीतर उनकी मांगों पर ठोस कार्रवाई नहीं हुई तो अगली बार केवल एक हजार नहीं, बल्कि करीब ढाई लाख छात्र आंदोलन में शामिल (Around 250,000 students joined the protest.) होंगे। ज्ञापन में छात्रों ने कहा कि सिंगरौली औद्योगिक और समृद्ध जिला (In the memorandum, the students stated that Singrauli is an industrial and prosperous district.) होने के बावजूद यहां अनेक मूलभूत समस्याएं विकराल रूप धारण कर चुकी हैं। कोयला और राखड़ परिवहन के कारण आए दिन सड़क हादसों में लोगों की जान जा (People lose their lives in road accidents due to coal and slag transportation.) रही हंै। छात्रों ने सड़कों का चौड़ीकरण (Students [called for] the widening of roads.) , अतिक्रमण हटाने तथा सुबह 7 बजे से रात 11 बजे तक कोयला और राखड़ वाहनों के आवागमन पर रोक लगाने की मांग (Demand to ban the movement of vehicles transporting fly ash.) की। साथ ही ओवरस्पीड और शराब पीकर वाहन चलाने वालों के खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई की मांग भी (Demand for strict action against drunk drivers as well.) उठाई। शिक्षा व्यवस्था पर सवाल उठाते हुए छात्रों ने कहा कि जिले के अधिकांश सरकारी विद्यालयों (Raising questions on the education system, the students said that most of the government schools in the district) में शिक्षक समय पर नहीं पहुंचते, पेयजल की व्यवस्था नहीं है, शौचालय अनुपयोगी हैं और भवन जर्जर हो चुके हैं। इन सभी समस्याओं के तत्काल निराकरण की मांग की (Demanded immediate resolution of the problems.) गई। स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं को लेकर भी (Regarding health services as well) छात्रों ने नाराजगी जताई। उनका कहना था कि ट्रामा सेंटर की अव्यवस्थाओं (Trauma center problems) , गंदगी और चिकित्सकों की नियमित उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित करने की भी मांग (A demand has also been made to ensure the regular availability of doctors.) की गई।
कंपनियां नही देती रोजगार
रोजगार के मुद्दे पर छात्रों ने कहा कि जिले में पॉलीटेक्निक (On the issue of employment, the students said that there is no Polytechnic in the district.) , आईटीआई, स्नातक और स्नातकोत्तर महाविद्यालयों से हर वर्ष हजारों विद्यार्थी निकलते (Thousands of students pass out from postgraduate colleges every year.) हैं, लेकिन स्थानीय उद्योगों में उन्हें रोजगार नहीं मिल (They do not get employment in local industries.) पाता। उन्होंने मांग की कि जिले में स्थापित होने वाली कंपनियां लीड कॉलेज के माध्यम से कैंपस चयन आयोजित कर स्थानीय युवाओं (He demanded that the companies to be established in the district should conduct campus selection through Lead College and recruit local youth.) के लिए 20 से 30 प्रतिशत रोजगार सुनिश्चित करें। भूमि अधिग्रहण के मामलों का उल्लेख करते हुए छात्रों ने कहा कि बिना सहमति, पूर्व सूचना और उचित मुआवजे के किसी भी व्यक्ति की जमीन (Land of any person for fair compensation) , मकान या दुकान का अधिग्रहण नहीं किया जाना चाहिए। छात्रों ने स्पष्ट कहा कि यदि 15 दिनों के भीतर उनकी मांगों पर कार्रवाई नहीं हुई तो व्यापक जनआंदोलन (If no action is taken on their demands, a massive public movement will follow.)किया जाएगा, जिसकी पूरी जिम्मेदारी जिला प्रशासन (The district administration bears full responsibility.) की होगी।
छात्र रैली में अभद्र स्लोगन पर मचा विवाद
जिला मुख्यालय बैढ़न (District Headquarters Baidhan) में रविवार को विभिन्न मांगों को लेकर सैकड़ों छात्र रैली (Hundreds of students rallied on Sunday demanding various demands.) निकालते हुए कलेक्ट्रेट पहुंचे और प्रशासन को ज्ञापन सौंपा (Submitted a memorandum to the administration.) । प्रदर्शन के दौरान अधिकांश छात्र हाथों में अपनी मांगों से जुड़ी तख्तियां लिए हुए (Most students were holding placards displaying their demands.) थे, लेकिन एक छात्र की तख्ती पर लिखे अभद्र एवं अमर्यादित शब्दों ने पूरे आंदोलन को विवादों (The indecent and unruly words written made the entire movement controversial.) में ला दिया। मौके पर मौजूद लोगों ने इस पर आपत्ति जताई और कहा कि लोकतांत्रिक विरोध में मर्यादित भाषा का प्रयोग (Raised an objection and stated that decorous language should be used in democratic protest.) होना चाहिए। घटना की तस्वीरें और वीडियो सोशल मीडिया पर भी वायरल (The video has also gone viral on social media.) हो रहे हैं, जहां कई लोगों ने छात्रों के इस व्यवहार की आलोचना (Criticism of behavior) की है। लोगों का कहना है कि अपनी मांगों को प्रभावी ढंग से रखने का अधिकार सभी को है, लेकिन विरोध प्रदर्शन के दौरान शालीनता (Decorum during protests) और सामाजिक मर्यादा का पालन भी उतना ही आवश्यक (Adhering to social norms is equally important.) है।
