Singrauli Breaking News: सिंगरौली एनसीएल की जयंत परियोजना के विस्तार (Expansion of the Jayant Project of NCL, Singrauli) के लिए 1485.66 हेक्टेयर भूमि का अधिग्रहण (Acquisition of hectares of land) किया गया है।इस मामले में मोरवा विस्थापन प्रक्रिया को लेकर लंबे समय से उठ रही मांगों (Long-standing demands regarding the Morwa displacement process in the matter) के बीच एनसीएल प्रबंधन ने अधिसूचना क्रमांक (Meanwhile, NCL Management issued notification no.) 580(ई) एवं 581(ई) के तहत प्रस्तावित अधिग्रहण क्षेत्र को तीन अलग-अलग स्ट्रिप (The proposed acquisition area has been divided into three separate strips.) में विभाजित किए जाने की जानकारी विभिन्न विस्थापन मंचों (Information regarding the division—various displacement forums) एवं समितियों के साथ साझा (Shared with committees) की है। इसके लिए पुनर्स्थापन सेल के महाप्रबंधक द्वारा मंगलवार को विस्थापन मंच, (Displacement platform by the General Manager of Resettlement Cell on Tuesday) सिंगरौली पुनर्वास मंच सेवा समिति, विस्थापन जन समिति, ऊर्जांचल विस्थापित समिति (Urjanchal Displaced Committee) , सिंगरौली मजदूर विस्थापित संघ (Singrauli Mazdoor Visthapit Sangh) , सिंगरौली विस्थापित संघर्ष समिति को पत्र जारी कर तीनों स्ट्रिप का नक्शा (By issuing a letter to Singrauli Displaced Struggle Committee, a map of all three strips) साझा किया।
पुनर्वास स्थल को लेकर अब भी बना हुआ है सस्पेंस
मोरवा विस्थापन के लिए पुनर्वास स्थल (Rehabilitation site for Morwa displacement) को लेकर अभी भी स्थिति स्पष्ट नहीं हो सकी है। प्रभावित परिवारों को एक स्थान पर बसाने के लिए एनसीएल प्रबंधन (NCL management to resettle affected families at a single location.) ने अब तक किसी भूमि का आधिकारिक रूप से चयन या घोषणा (Official selection or announcement of the land) नहीं की है। सूत्रों के अनुसार एनसीएल प्रबंधन ने जिला प्रशासन के समक्ष (According to sources, the NCL management [presented/proposed] to the district administration…) खिरवा क्षेत्र में लगभग 50 हेक्टेयर भूमि उपलब्ध कराने का प्रस्ताव (Proposal to make 50 hectares of land available) रखा था। हालांकि जिला प्रशासन की ओर से इस संबंध (In this regard, the district administration) में अब तक कोई अंतिम निर्णय सामने नहीं आया (No final decision has emerged.) है, जिससे मामला फिलहाल अधर में दिखाई दे रहा (The matter currently appears to be in limbo.) है। सूत्रों के मुताबिक जिला कलेक्टर ने मोरवा क्षेत्र से विस्थापित (District Collector [met/addressed] those displaced from the Morwa area.) होने वाले परिवारों के पुनर्वास के लिए इस सप्ताह के भीतर उपयुक्त भूमि चिन्हित (Suitable land identified for the rehabilitation of families within this week.) करने की बात कही है। हालांकि इस संबंध में न तो जिला प्रशासन और न ही एनसीएल प्रबंधन की ओर से कोई आधिकारिक पुष्टि (No official confirmation from NCL management.) की गई है।
