Singrauli Breaking News: सिंगरौली एकीकृत आवास एवं मलिन बस्ती विकास कार्यक्रम (Singrauli Integrated Housing and Slum Development Programme) के अंतर्गत आवास आंवटन एवं जमा राशि में अनियमितता (Irregularities in housing allotment and deposit amounts) किये जाने को लेकर दर्जन भर हितग्राही आज ननि आयुक्त एवं मेयर (Accompanied by a dozen beneficiaries, [they met] the Municipal Commissioner and the Mayor today.) के यहां लिखित शिकायत करते हुये जांच कराकर कार्रवाई (Action to be taken following an investigation based on a written complaint.) किये जाने की मांग की है।मोरवा नगर के नगीना शर्मा, रीमा यादव, रोहित कुमार, नीलम गुप्ता, विनोद विश्वकर्मा, मधु देवी समेत दर्जन भर हितग्राहियों ने निगमायुक्त के नाम पत्र लिखकर ननि दफ्तर में पहुंचे (A dozen beneficiaries arrived at the Municipal Corporation office with a letter addressed to the Municipal Commissioner.) और मेयर से मुलाकात कर वस्तुस्थिति से अवगत (Met the mayor and apprised him of the situation) कराया है।
हितग्राहियों ने बताया है कि नपानि के द्वारा संचालति एकीकृत आवास (The beneficiaries have told that the integrated housing run by NAPANI) एवं मलिन बस्ती कार्यक्रम के अंतर्गत आवास प्राप्त (Housing obtained under the slum settlement program.) करने के लिए आवेदन किया था तथा निर्धारित राशि नगर निगम में जमा कराई (The prescribed amount was deposited with the Municipal Corporation.) गई थी। मौके पर भुगतान की रसीद एवं अन्य दस्तावेज उपलब्ध है। हितग्राहियों ने आगे बताया कि नपानि के तत्कालीन प्रभारी (The beneficiaries further informed that the then in-charge of NAPANI) रणबहादुर सिंह के निर्देशानुसार आवेदन, दस्तावेज एवं राशि ननि परिसर में संचालित ग्राहक सेवा केन्द्र के संचालक (Operator of the Customer Service Centre functioning within the Municipal Corporation premises (for documents and payment).) अरूण गुप्ता के पास जमा कराया गया था। पिछले माह 27 जून को बिना किसी पूर्व लिखित सूचना या नोटिस के आवासो में ताला लगा दिया गया।
जानकारी लेने पर तत्कालीन प्रभारी द्वारा मौखिम रूप (On seeking information, the then in-charge told verbally) से बताया गया कि दस्तावेज सही नही है और आवास खाली करना (Vacating the accommodation) होगा। जबकि इस संबंध में कोई आदेश या नोटिस अथवा दस्तावेजो (Whereas there is no order or notice or documents in this regard) में कमी का विवरण उपलब्ध नही कराया गया। जबकि आवास के लिए 80-80 हजार रूपये जमा किये थे। जबकि उपलब्ध जानकारी (While the available information) के अनुसार अभिलेखो में केवल 30-30 हजार रूपये की राशि जमा होना बताया जा रहा है। इसमें जमा राशि एवं कार्यालयीन अभिलेखो में गंभीर विसंगति प्रतीत (There appears to be a serious discrepancy between the amount deposited and the official records.) हो रही है। हितग्राहियों ने निष्पक्ष जांच कराने की मांग की (Beneficiaries demanded an impartial inquiry.) है और कहा है कि तत्कालीन प्रभारी हम लोगों का मोबाइल लेकर रसीद को डिलिट मार (The then in-charge took our mobile phones and deleted the receipt) दे रहे हैं। महापौर ने कहा कि किसी के भी साथ अन्याय नही होने दिया जाएगा। इसकी जांच कराई जाएगी। जो गड़बड़ी मिलने पर दोषी को बक्शा (If any irregularities are found, the culprit should not be spared.) नही जाएगा। फिलहाल यदि हितग्राहियों के आरोप सही हैं तो नगर निगम की किरकिरी होना तय माना (For now, if the allegations made by the beneficiaries are true, the Municipal Corporation is bound to face embarrassment.) जा रहा है।
