Singrauli News: सिंगरौली जिले के चितरंगी विकासखंड स्थित (Located in Chitrangi development block of Singrauli district) शासकीय पूर्व माध्यमिक विद्यालय, देवगांव से सरकारी व्यवस्थाओं की हकीकत बयां करती तस्वीरें सामने (Images revealing the reality of government systems have surfaced.) आई हैं। जहां सरकार बच्चों को गुणवत्तापूर्ण और सुरक्षित मध्याह्न भोजन देने के दावे करती (The government makes claims about providing quality and safe mid-day meals to children.) है, वहीं इस विद्यालय में बरसात के बीच महुआ के पेड़ के नीचे लकड़ी के चूल्हे (A wood-fired stove under a Mahua tree at the school amidst the rain.) पर भोजन पकाया जा रहा है।
तस्वीरों में साफ देखा जा सकता है कि रसोई सहायिकाएं खुले मैदान में लकड़ियां जलाकर भोजन बना (Kitchen helpers cook food by burning wood in the open field.) रही हैं। बारिश, धुआं और मिट्टी के बीच तैयार हो रहा यही भोजन स्कूली बच्चों की थाली तक पहुंच (This very food, cultivated in the soil, is reaching the plates of schoolchildren.) रहा है।
रसोई घर नहीं, पेड़ बना किचन
विद्यालय में स्थायी किचन शेड नहीं होने के कारण भोजन खुले में बनता (Due to the absence of a permanent kitchen shed, food is cooked in the open.) है। बारिश होने पर भी रसोई सहायिकाओं (Even when it rains, the kitchen helpers) के पास कोई दूसरा विकल्प नहीं बचता। स्कूल भवन में चूल्हा जलाने की अनुमति नहीं होने से वे खुले आसमान के नीचे खाना बनाने को मजबूर (They are forced to cook under the open sky as they are not allowed to light a stove in the school building.) हैं।
गैस कनेक्शन है, फिर भी जल रही लकड़ी
शासन की ओर से गैस कनेक्शन उपलब्ध कराने के बावजूद भोजन लकड़ी के चूल्हे (Despite the availability of gas connections, meals are cooked on wood-burning stoves.) पर बनाया जा रहा है। इससे न केवल धुएं से प्रदूषण फैल (This not only spreads pollution through smoke) रहा है, बल्कि भोजन की स्वच्छता और बच्चों के स्वास्थ्य पर भी सवाल खड़े (Questions are also being raised regarding food hygiene and children’s health.) हो रहे हैं।
भोजन के मेन्यू पर भी उठे सवाल
स्थानीय ग्रामीणों का आरोप है कि इसी परिसर में संचालित आंगनवाड़ी में बच्चों को बेहतर भोजन (Better food for children in operational Anganwadis) दिया जाता है, जबकि स्कूल के बच्चों को सीमित और साधारण भोजन ही मिल (Only simple food was available.) रहा है। यदि यह आरोप सही हैं, तो दोनों व्यवस्थाओं के बीच अंतर की जांच होना आवश्यक (It is essential to examine the differences between the two systems.) है।
जिम्मेदार कौन?
सबसे बड़ा सवाल यह है कि जब शिक्षा विभाग और प्रशासन को स्कूल की स्थिति की जानकारी (Information about the condition of the school to the administration) है, तब तक किचन शेड का निर्माण क्यों नहीं कराया गया? गैस उपलब्ध होने के बावजूद उसका उपयोग क्यों नहीं (Why is the gas not being used despite being available?) हो रहा? और आखिर बच्चों को बारिश और धुएं के बीच भोजन बनाने की नौबत क्यों आ रही (After all, why are children forced to cook amidst rain and smoke?) है?
अब निगाहें ब्लॉक शिक्षा अधिकारी (Office of the Block Education Officer) (BEO), जिला शिक्षा विभाग और महिला एवं बाल विकास विभाग (District Education Department and Department of Women and Child Development) पर हैं कि वे इस मामले की जांच कर बच्चों के लिए सुरक्षित रसोई और गुणवत्तापूर्ण भोजन की व्यवस्था कब तक सुनिश्चित करते (By when will you ensure the provision of quality food?) हैं।
