Singrauli News: सिंगरौली में 4 साल से पुल का इंतजार; माटीडांड़ के ग्रामीणों का सब्र टूटा, जिम्मेदारों की कार्यप्रणाली पर सवाल?

Singrauli News: सिंगरौली जनपद पंचायत बैढ़न की ग्राम पंचायत डिग्घी के माटीडांड़ गांव में पुलिया निर्माण का इंतजार अब ग्रामीणों के लिए परेशानी का सबब (The wait for the construction of a culvert in Matidand village (Gram Panchayat Digghi) has become a source of trouble for the villagers.) बन गया है। वर्ष 2022 से पुलिया निर्माण को लेकर पत्राचार चल (Correspondence regarding the construction of the culvert is going on since 2022.) रहा है, लेकिन अब तक धरातल पर काम शुरू नहीं हो (Work on the ground has not yet begun.) सका है। बारिश के दौरान नाला उफान पर आने से ग्रामीणों का आवागमन घंटों बाधित (The movement of villagers was disrupted for hours as the drain overflowed.) रहता है, जबकि स्कूली बच्चों को भी परेशानी झेलनी (School children also have to face difficulties.) पड़ती है।
ग्रामीणों का कहना है कि पुलिया निर्माण के लिए कई बार प्रशासन का ध्यान आकर्षित (The administration’s attention has been drawn multiple times to the construction of the culvert.) कराया गया। तत्कालीन एसडीएम ने लोक निर्माण विभाग के कार्यपालन यंत्री को प्राक्कलन ()The then SDM gave the estimate to the Executive Engineer of the Public Works Department.) तैयार कर तीन दिन में प्रस्तुत करने के निर्देश दिए थे। पुलिया के लिए डीएमएफ से राशि उपलब्ध कराने की बात भी सामने (The possibility of providing funds from the DMF for the culvert has also come to light.) आई थी, लेकिन वर्षों बाद भी निर्माण शुरू नहीं हुआ।
आरटीआई से सामने आया पत्राचार का मामला
मामले में सूचना के अधिकार के तहत मांगी गई जानकारी के बाद लोक निर्माण विभाग की कार्यप्रणाली पर भी सवाल उठे (Following this information, questions were also raised regarding the functioning of the Public Works Department.) हैं। जानकारी के अनुसार, 11 अगस्त 2026 को कार्यपालन यंत्री ने संबंधित एसडीओ को पत्र जारी कर प्राक्कलन अब तक प्रस्तुत नहीं किए (The Executive Engineer issued a letter to the concerned SDO, yet the estimates have not been submitted so far.) जाने पर जवाब मांगा और तीन दिन के भीतर प्राक्कलन प्रस्तुत करने के निर्देश दिए।
वर्ष 2022 और 2023 में भी पुलिया निर्माण को लेकर विभागीय स्तर पर पत्राचार हुआ (Correspondence took place at the departmental level regarding the construction of the culvert.) था। इसके बावजूद मामला प्राक्कलन और कागजी कार्रवाई (Despite the matter involving estimates and paperwork…) से आगे नहीं बढ़ पाया। पुलिया नहीं बनने से ग्रामीणों में नाराजगी बढ़ रही है और अब वे प्रशासन के खिलाफ आंदोलन (Resentment is growing among the villagers over the failure to construct the culvert, and they are now planning to launch a protest against the administration.) की तैयारी कर रहे हैं।
ग्रामीणों का सवाल है कि जब चार साल से पुलिया निर्माण के लिए लगातार पत्राचार हो रहा है, तो आखिर निर्माण की राह में अड़चन कहां है?
