Mp News: MP के लाखों शिक्षकों को बड़ी राहत; ई-अटेंडेंस में तकनीकी दिक्कत से हाजिरी छूटी तो नहीं कटेगी सैलरी, DPI ने जारी किए अहम निर्देश
Mp News: मध्य प्रदेश के लाखों शिक्षकों से जुड़ी बड़ी खबर (Major news concerning lakhs of teachers in Madhya Pradesh.) सामने आई है। अब ई अटेंडेंस न लगाने पर सैलरी नहीं कटेगी (Salary will not be deducted for failing to mark e-attendance.) । तकनीकी समस्या की वजह से ऑनलाइन उपस्थिति दर्ज नहीं होने को अनुपस्थिति का आधार नहीं माना (Failure to record online attendance due to a technical issue was not considered grounds for marking an absence.) जाएगा। हालांकि ई-अटेंडेंस लगाना अनिवार्य (However, marking e-attendance is mandatory.) रहेगा।
प्रदेश में ई अटेंडेंस 98 से 99 फीसदी तक पहुंच गई है। लेकिन ई-अटेंडेंस के दौरान कई जगह नेटवर्क की समस्या, लॉगिन की परेशानी (Network issues and login problems encountered at several locations during e-attendance.) , एप में तकनीकी खामी, लोकेशन संबंधी गड़बड़ी या फिर अन्य तकनीकी वजह से स्कूल में मौजूद रहने के बावजूद ऑनलाइन उपस्थिति दर्ज नहीं हो (Due to other technical reasons, online attendance is not recorded despite being present in the school.) पा रही थी। ऐसी स्थिति में कर्मचारियों की सैलरी में कटौती (Salary cuts for employees in such a situation.) हो रही थी। इसे देखते हुए बड़ा निर्णय लिया (A major decision was taken after considering the situation.) गया है।
डीपीआई आयुक्त ने बैठक में कहा कि ई अटेंडेंस नहीं लगाने पर अब सैलरी नहीं कटेगी (Salary will no longer be deducted for failing to mark e-attendance.) । किसी भी कारण से अगर सैलरी रोक गई है तो उसके बारे में बताया (If the salary has been withheld for any reason, please provide details about it.) जाए। ई अटेंडेंस किसी कारण से नहीं लगी तो संकुल प्राचार्य पर उस पर फैसला (If e-attendance is not recorded for any reason, the Cluster Principal will make the decision regarding it.) लेंगे। निर्देश के बाद जिला स्तर पर आदेश जारी (Orders issued at the district level following the directive.) हुआ। आपको बता दें कि शिक्षक संगठन लगातार ई अटेंडेंस के चलते कटने वाली सैलरी को लेकर विरोध कर (Teachers’ unions are continuously protesting against salary cuts due to e-attendance.) रहे थे।
