Singrauli News: सिंगरौली जिला मुख्यालय बैढ़न की सड़कों पर इन दिनों बेखौफ बाइकर्स यातायात नियमों को खुलेआम चुनौती (On the streets of Baidhan, the Singrauli district headquarters, fearless bikers are currently flouting traffic rules with complete impunity.) दे रहे हैं। एक बाइक पर चार-चार लोग सवार होकर फर्राटा भरना, तेज रफ्तार में स्टंट करना और सड़क पर हुड़दंग मचाना (Four people riding on a single bike and speeding along, performing stunts at high velocity, and creating a ruckus on the road.) इनके लिए आम बात बनती जा रही है। हैरानी की बात यह है कि इन गतिविधियों पर प्रभावी अंकुश नजर नहीं (What is surprising is that there appears to be no effective curb on these activities.) आ रहा है।
कॉलेज चौराहा, यातायात चौराहा, माजन मोड़, कचनी, नवानगर, कॉन्वेंट स्कूल तिराहा और बिलौंजी मार्ग पर रात के समय चार-पांच बाइकों पर सवार युवकों के समूह तेज रफ्तार में दौड़ते दिखाई देते (At night, groups of young men on four or five motorcycles can be seen speeding along Bilounji Road.) हैं। कभी 100 किलोमीटर प्रति घंटे की रफ्तार से बाइक भगाई जाती है, तो कभी सड़क पर खतरनाक करतब दिखाए जाते हैं। कुछ बाइकर्स सोशल मीडिया पर रील बनाने के लिए भी अपनी और दूसरों की जान जोखिम में डालते (Bikers risk their own lives and others’ lives even to make reels on social media.) हैं।
फिलहाल इन घटनाओं से दुर्घटना होने की जानकारी सामने नहीं आई (So far, there have been no reports of any accidents resulting from these incidents.) है, लेकिन बाइक चलाने का यह खतरनाक अंदाज किसी बड़े हादसे की वजह बन सकता (This dangerous style of riding a bike could lead to a major accident.) है। सड़क पर दूसरे वाहन चालकों और राहगीरों की सुरक्षा भी खतरे में पड़ रही है। इधर सवाल यह है कि रात के समय सड़कों पर खुलेआम नियमों की धज्जियां उड़ाने वालों पर कार्रवाई क्यों नहीं हो रही (Why is no action being taken against those who blatantly flout the rules on the roads at night?) ? यदि समय रहते सख्त निगरानी और प्रभावी कार्रवाई नहीं हुई, तो किसी गंभीर हादसे के बाद ही जिम्मेदारों की नींद (If strict oversight and effective action are not ensured, those responsible will only wake up to the situation after a serious accident occurs.) टूटेगी।
