Singrauli News: सिंगरौली शहर में मृत मवेशियों के सुरक्षित निस्तारण की जिम्मेदारी आखिर कितनी गंभीरता से निभाई (How seriously was the responsibility for the safe disposal of dead cattle in the town of Garauli actually carried out?) जा रही है, इसका जवाब नगर निगम क्षेत्र के बलियरी में सामने आए मामले से मांगा जा रहा (Information is being sought regarding a case that has come to light in Baliyari, within the municipal corporation area.) है।
वार्ड क्रमांक 41 के खुले मैदान में मृत गोवंश के कई शव पड़े मिलने से न केवल अनुबंधित फर्म सिटाडेल की कार्यप्रणाली, बल्कि नगर निगम (The discovery of several dead cattle carcasses has raised questions not only about the functioning of the contracted firm Citadel, but also about the Municipal Corporation.) की निगरानी व्यवस्था भी सवालों के घेरे में आ (The monitoring system also came under question.) गई है। जानकारी के अनुसार नगर निगम के सभी 45 वार्डों से मृत मवेशियों के शवों को उठाकर निर्धारित प्रक्रिया के तहत निस्तारित करने की जिम्मेदारी सिटाडेल को सौंपी (The responsibility for collecting the carcasses of dead cattle and disposing of them in accordance with the prescribed procedure has been entrusted to Citadel.) गई है। इसके बावजूद बलियरी में खुले मैदान में शव मिलने से व्यवस्था की वास्तविक स्थिति पर सवाल उठ रहे हैं। हालांकि शव वहां किसने डाले और इसके पीछे क्या परिस्थितियां रहीं, इसकी पुष्टि जांच के बाद ही हो (Who placed the bodies there and the circumstances behind it can only be confirmed following an investigation.) सकेगी।
दुर्गंध फैलने और संक्रमण का खतरा बढ़ने की आशंका
खुले में शव पड़े रहने से आसपास दुर्गंध फैलने और संक्रमण का खतरा बढ़ने की आशंका (There is a risk of foul odor spreading in the vicinity and an increased danger of infection due to bodies lying out in the open.) है। इससे स्थानीय लोगों को परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ सकता है। ऐसे में तत्काल सफाई और सुरक्षित निस्तारण जरूरी है। मामले में फर्म के प्रोजेक्ट मैनेजर की भूमिका को लेकर भी आरोप लगाए जा रहे (Allegations are also being raised regarding the role of the firm’s project manager in the matter.) हैं। वहीं यह सवाल भी उठ रहा है कि नगर निगम द्वारा शवों के उठाव, परिवहन और निस्तारण की नियमित निगरानी की जा (The Municipal Corporation will regularly monitor the lifting, transportation and disposal of dead bodies.) रही है या नहीं। स्थानीय लोगों ने प्रशासन से तत्काल शव हटवाने, पूरे मामले की निष्पक्ष जांच कराने और लापरवाही सामने आने पर जिम्मेदारों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई की मांग (Local residents have demanded that the administration immediately remove the body, conduct an impartial investigation into the entire matter, and take action against those responsible should any negligence come to light.) की है। फिलहाल नगर निगम प्रशासन और संबंधित फर्म का आधिकारिक पक्ष सामने नहीं आया (The official stance of the municipal corporation administration and the concerned firm has not emerged.) है।
