Singrauli News: सिंगरौली में हिंडालको महान प्लांट पर संभागायुक्त का सख्त रुख, श्रमिकों की सुरक्षा में लापरवाही बर्दाश्त नहीं

Singrauli News: रीवा संभागायुक्त शीलेन्द्र सिंह ने बरगवां स्थित हिंडालको महान प्लांट का निरीक्षण कर औद्योगिक गतिविधियों, श्रमिकों की सुरक्षा व्यवस्था एवं उन्हें उपलब्ध (Inspected Hindalco Mahan Plant located at Bargawan and industrial activities, safety arrangements of workers and facilities available to them.) कराई जा रही सुविधाओं का जायजा लिया।इस दौरान उन्होंने प्लांट में कार्यरत श्रमिकों से संवाद कर सुरक्षा प्रबंधों एवं कार्यस्थल पर उपलब्ध सुविधाओं की जानकारी प्राप्त की (Gathered information regarding safety arrangements and facilities available at the workplace through interactions with workers employed at the plant.) । संभागायुक्त ने प्लांट प्रबंधन के अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया कि श्रमिकों को शासन के निर्धारित (The Divisional Commissioner directed the plant management officials to ensure that the workers are provided with the prescribed ration as per the government norms.) प्रावधानों के अनुरूप सभी आवश्यक सुविधाएं उपलब्ध कराई जाएं तथा उनके स्वास्थ्य एवं सुरक्षा के लिए प्रभावी व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित की जाए। निरीक्षण के दौरान संभागायुक्त सिंह ने एल्यूमिनियम प्लांट एवं पावर प्लांट की कार्यप्रणाली का अवलोकन (An overview of the operations of the aluminium plant and power plant) किया। उन्होंने पॉट रूम एवं कास्टिंग रूम में एल्यूमिनियम उत्पादन की प्रक्रिया की जानकारी (Information on the aluminium production process in the pot room and casting room) लेते हुए निर्देश दिए कि उत्पादन के प्रत्येक चरण में निर्धारित सुरक्षा मानकों का अनिवार्य रूप से पालन (Instructed that prescribed safety standards must be followed at every stage of production) किया जाए।
संवेदनशील कार्यस्थलों पर सुरक्षा व्यवस्थाओं की सतत निगरानी रखी जाए तथा कार्य की प्रकृति (Security arrangements at sensitive work sites should be continuously monitored and the nature of work should be taken into account.) के अनुरूप श्रमिकों को आवश्यक सुरक्षा उपकरण उपलब्ध कराए जाएं। उन्होंने मशीनों एवं औद्योगिक उपकरणों का नियमित रखरखाव करने और सुरक्षा उपकरणों की उपलब्धता एवं उपयोगिता की समय-समय पर जांच करने के निर्देश (Instructions to carry out regular maintenance of machinery and industrial equipment, and to periodically check the availability and functionality of safety equipment.) भी दिए। संभागायुक्त ने कहा कि औद्योगिक इकाइयों में उत्पादन गतिविधियों के साथ श्रमिकों की सुरक्षा सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता होनी चाहिए। इसके लिए सभी निर्धारित सेफ्टी प्रोटोकॉल का कड़ाई से पालन कराया जाए। श्रमिकों को सुरक्षा संबंधी नियमों एवं सावधानियों की नियमित जानकारी देने के साथ कार्यस्थल पर सुरक्षित कार्यप्रणाली (Providing workers with regular information on safety-related rules and precautions, along with safe work practices at the workplace.) अपनाने के लिए जागरूक किया जाए।
संभागायुक्त ने प्लांट प्रबंधन को निर्देशित किया कि श्रमिकों के लिए स्वच्छ पेयजल, स्वच्छता एवं अन्य आवश्यक सुविधाओं (The Divisional Commissioner directed the plant management to provide clean drinking water, sanitation and other necessary facilities to the workers.) की उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित की जाए। सुरक्षा व्यवस्थाओं की नियमित समीक्षा करते हुए यह सुनिश्चित किया जाए कि सभी श्रमिक निर्धारित सुरक्षा (Regular review of safety measures should be carried out to ensure that all workers are provided with the prescribed safety equipment.) प्रक्रियाओं का पालन करें और उन्हें आवश्यक संरक्षण प्राप्त हो। उन्होंने संबंधित अधिकारियों एवं प्लांट प्रबंधन को श्रमिकों के हितों का ध्यान रखने, कार्यस्थलों पर सुरक्षित वातावरण बनाए रखने तथा शासन के प्रावधानों (He directed the concerned officials and plant management to take care of the interests of the workers, maintain a safe environment at the workplaces and follow the provisions of the government.) के अनुरूप सभी आवश्यक व्यवस्थाएं सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए। निरीक्षण के दौरान एसडीएम देवसर सुशीर श्रीकृष्ण श्रीराम, सीईओ जनपद पंचायत देवसर सौम्या मिश्रा तथा सीडीपीओ आरपी सिंह मौजूद रहे।
