Singrauli News: सिंगरौली पुलिस अधीक्षक सिंगरौली षियाज केएम के निर्देशन में प्रतिबंधित पटाखों, कार्बाइड गन एवं खतरनाक फ्लैश लैंप के विरुद्ध जिलेभर में विशेष सतर्कता, निर्माण, भंडारण एवं क्रय-विक्रय पर रहेगी कड़ी निगरानी, प्रतिबंधात्मक आदेश (Under these directives, special vigilance will be maintained across the district against banned firecrackers, carbide guns, and dangerous flash lamps; strict monitoring will be enforced regarding their manufacture, storage, and sale, in accordance with restrictive orders.) का उल्लंघन करने वालों पर होगी सख्त वैधानिक कार्रवाई (Strict legal action will be taken against those who commit violations.) । आम नागरिकों के जीवन, स्वास्थ्य एवं संपत्ति की सुरक्षा तथा आगामी त्योहारों के दौरान शांति एवं कानून-व्यवस्था बनाए (To protect the life, health and property of common citizens and to maintain peace and law and order during the upcoming festivals.) रखने के उद्देश्य से कलेक्टर द्वारा भारतीय नागरिक सुरक्षा संहिता, 2023 की धारा 163 के अंतर्गत महत्वपूर्ण प्रतिबंधात्मक आदेश जारी किया (Issued significant restrictive orders under this provision.) गया है। जारी आदेश के अनुसार जिले में प्रतिबंधात्मक पटाखो (According to the order issued, firecrackers are prohibited in the district.) , आतिशबाजी, लोहा-स्टील अथवा पीवीसी पाइपों में विस्फोटक पदार्थ भरकर तैयार की जाने वाली संशोधित कार्बाइड गन एवं खतरनाक फ्लैश लैंप के निर्माण (The manufacture of improvised carbide guns—created by filling iron, steel, or PVC pipes with explosive material—as well as fireworks and dangerous flash lamps.) , भंडारण, क्रय-विक्रय एवं प्रदर्शन पर पूर्ण प्रतिबंध (Complete ban on storage, buying and selling, and display) लगाया गया है।
