Singrauli News: सिंगरौली में कुपोषण और आंगनवाड़ी की लापरवाही पर प्रशासन सख्त, बच्चों को एनआरसी में भर्ती कराने से लेकर पोषण आहार की गुणवत्ता जांचने तक के कड़े निर्देश

गर्भवती महिलाओं का शत-प्रतिशत पंजीयन कराने पर जोर, आंगनवाड़ी केंद्रों में लापरवाही मिलने पर कार्रवाई की चेतावनी

Singrauli News:  सिंगरौली जिले में बच्चों और महिलाओं के पोषण स्तर को बेहतर बनाने (To improve the nutritional level of children and women in Singrauli district) के लिए प्रभारी कलेक्टर संघप्रिय की अध्यक्षता में कलेक्ट्रेट सभागार में जिला पोषण समिति की बैठक आयोजित (A meeting of the District Nutrition Committee was held in the Collectorate auditorium, chaired by the Collector-in-charge, Sanghpriya.) की गई। बैठक में आंगनवाड़ी केंद्रों के संचालन, पोषण आहार वितरण, गर्भवती महिलाओं की जांच और कुपोषित बच्चों के उपचार की समीक्षा की (Reviewed the distribution of food, check-ups for pregnant women, and treatment for malnourished children.) गई।

 

 

प्रभारी कलेक्टर ने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए कि सभी आंगनवाड़ी केंद्र निर्धारित समय पर नियमित रूप से संचालित (The Collector in charge instructed the officials that all Anganwadi centres should operate regularly at the scheduled time.)  हों। सेक्टर सुपरवाइजर केंद्रों का लगातार निरीक्षण करें और कमियां मिलने पर समय-सीमा में सुधार(Sector supervisors should conduct regular inspections of the centers and ensure that any identified shortcomings are rectified within a set timeframe.)  कराएं। बच्चों की उपस्थिति और केंद्रों में उपलब्ध सुविधाओं पर भी निगरानी (Monitoring of children’s attendance and the facilities available at the centers) रखने को कहा गया।

 

 

कुपोषित बच्चों को समय पर मिले उपचार

बैठक में सैम और मैम श्रेणी के बच्चों की पहचान कर उनका पंजीयन एवं उपचार सुनिश्चित करने पर जोर (The meeting emphasized on identifying children in the Sam and Mam category and ensuring their registration and treatment.) दिया गया। गंभीर रूप से कुपोषित बच्चों को आवश्यकतानुसार पोषण पुनर्वास केंद्र (Nutrition Rehabilitation Centers for severely malnourished children, as per need) (एनआरसी) में भर्ती कराने के निर्देश दिए गए। इसके अलावा टीएचआर और हॉट कुक्ड मील की गुणवत्ता का भौतिक सत्यापन कर पात्र हितग्राहियों को निर्धारित मानकों के अनुसार भोजन उपलब्ध (Apart from this, after physical verification of the quality of THR and hot cooked meal, food is made available to the eligible beneficiaries as per the prescribed standards.) कराने को कहा गया।

 

 

गर्भवती महिलाओं के पंजीयन पर जोर

प्रभारी कलेक्टर ने एएनसी पंजीयन एवं स्वास्थ्य जांच समय पर कराने तथा एनएसी पंजीयन शत-प्रतिशत पूरा करने के निर्देश (Instructions to ensure timely ANC registration and health check-ups, and to achieve 100% ANC registration.) दिए। उन्होंने कहा कि गर्भावस्था के दौरान जोखिम की समय रहते पहचान होने से मां और बच्चे को जरूरी स्वास्थ्य सुविधाएं उपलब्ध (Early identification of risks during pregnancy provides necessary healthcare to the mother and child.)  कराई जा सकती हैं।

 

 

आंगनवाड़ी भवनों की गुणवत्ता भी जांची जाएगी

निर्माणाधीन आंगनवाड़ी भवनों का निरीक्षण कर निर्माण स्थल और गुणवत्ता की जांच करने के निर्देश (Instructions issued to inspect Anganwadi buildings under construction and to examine the construction sites and the quality of work) दिए गए। साथ ही केंद्रों में बाल-सुलभ शौचालयों का निर्माण समय-सीमा में पूरा कराने पर जोर (Emphasis on completing the construction of child-friendly toilets in the centres within the time limit) दिया गया।

 

प्रभारी कलेक्टर ने स्पष्ट किया कि पोषण योजनाओं के क्रियान्वयन और हितग्राहियों को सुविधाएं देने में लापरवाही मिलने पर संबंधित अधिकारियों एवं कर्मचारियों के विरुद्ध कार्रवाई (Action to be taken against concerned officials and employees in the event of negligence in the implementation of nutrition schemes and the provision of facilities to beneficiaries.) की जाएगी।

बैठक में सीईओ जनपद पंचायत देवसर सौम्या मिश्रा, प्रभारी जिला कार्यक्रम अधिकारी शैलेन्द्र साकेत सहित संबंधित सीडीपीओ और सेक्टर सुपरवाइजर मौजूद रहे।
