Singrauli Breaking News: सिंगरौली कर्थुआ बाजार स्थित अंग्रेजी एवं देशी शराब दुकान पर निर्धारित मूल्य (Price fixed at English and country liquor shop located at Karthua Bazaar) और बिक्री प्रक्रिया को लेकर उपभोक्ताओं की ओर से शिकायतें (Complaints from consumers regarding the sales process) सामने आ रही हैं। ग्राहकों (Customers) का कहना है कि कुछ शराब ब्रांडों की बोतलों पर अंकित अधिकतम खुदरा मूल्य (Maximum Retail Price marked on the bottles of certain liquor brands) (एमआरपी) और दुकान पर मांगी जा रही राशि में अंतर महसूस (Discrepancy noticed in the amount demanded at the shop.) किया जा रहा है। इसके साथ ही दुकान परिसर में निर्धारित मूल्य सूची प्रदर्शित नहीं होने से ग्राहकों (Also, due to the fixed price list not being displayed in the shop premises, customers) को वास्तविक कीमत की जानकारी प्राप्त करने में परेशानी (Difficulty in obtaining information about the actual price) होने की बात कही जा रही है।
उपभोक्ताओं ने आबकारी विभाग (Consumers have complained to the Excise Department) से मामले की जांच कर नियमों के अनुरूप बिक्री व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित करने की मांग (Demand to investigate the matter and ensure a sales system in accordance with the rules.) की है। उनका कहना है कि यदि मूल्य सूची स्पष्ट रूप से प्रदर्शित रहे तो ग्राहकों को शराब की निर्धारित कीमत की जानकारी मिल (The price list is clearly displayed so that customers are aware of the fixed price of the liquor.) सकेगी।बताया जा रहा है कि जिले की अन्य शराब दुकानों में भी समय-समय पर रेट सूची के प्रदर्शन को लेकर शिकायतें (Complaints regarding the display of rate lists also arise from time to time at other liquor shops.) सामने आती रही हैं। ऐसे में उपभोक्ताओं ने आबकारी विभाग से सभी दुकानों की निगरानी कर निर्धारित नियमों का पालन सुनिश्चित (Consumers have urged the Excise Department to monitor all shops and ensure compliance with the prescribed rules.) कराने की मांग की है।
