Singrauli Breaking News:  सिंगरौली  नगर निगम क्षेत्र (Singrauli Municipal Corporation area) के वार्ड क्रमांक 30 स्थित बिलौंजी-पचखोरा पहुंच मार्ग की हालत (Condition of the Bilaunji-Pachkhora access road) लगातार बदतर होती जा रही है। पूरी सड़क जगह-जगह गहरे गड्ढों में तब्दील हो चुकी (The entire road has turned into a series of deep potholes.) है। बरसात के कारण इन गड्ढों में पानी भर (These pits are filled with water due to rain.) जाने से राहगीरों को यह अंदाजा तक नहीं लग (Passersby don’t even realize this) पाता कि सड़क कहां है और गड्ढा कहां। ऐसे में प्रतिदिन दुर्घटना की आशंका बनी (In such a situation, the risk of accidents became a daily occurrence.) रहती है।

 

 

 

स्थानीय लोगों (Local people) का कहना है कि इस मार्ग से रोजाना सैकड़ों दोपहिया (Hundreds of two-wheelers pass through this route daily.) और चारपहिया वाहन गुजरते हैं। स्कूली बच्चों, बुजुर्गों, मरीजों और महिलाओं को सबसे अधिक परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ (Women face the most problems) रहा है। बारिश के दौरान हालात और भी गंभीर (Conditions become even more critical during the rain.) हो जाते हैं। कई वाहन चालक फिसलकर गिर चुके हैं, लेकिन अब तक जिम्मेदार जनप्रतिनिधियों और प्रशासन ने सड़क की मरम्मत (Responsible public representatives and the administration repaired the road.) तक नहीं कराई।

 

 

 

रहवासियों का आरोप है कि वार्ड के पार्षद (Residents allege that the ward councillor) , नगर निगम महापौर, नगर निगम अध्यक्ष और क्षेत्रीय विधायक को इस सड़क की बदहाल स्थिति की जानकारी (Information regarding the dilapidated condition of the road) होने के बावजूद कोई ठोस पहल नहीं की जा रही है। लोगों का कहना है कि यदि समय रहते सड़क का निर्माण या मरम्मत (People say that if the road is constructed or repaired in time) नहीं कराई गई तो मजबूर होकर आंदोलन किया (Compelled, they staged a protest.) जाएगा।

 

 

स्थानीय नागरिकों ने यह भी बताया कि मध्यप्रदेश शासन (Local citizens also told that the Madhya Pradesh government) की राज्य मंत्री राधा सिंह का भी इसी मार्ग से समय-समय पर आवागमन (Periodic traffic along the route) होता है। वहीं भाजपा संगठन के जिला महामंत्री विक्रम सिंह चंदेल भी प्रतिदिन इसी सड़क से गुजरते हैं। इसके बावजूद सड़क की दुर्दशा दूर नहीं हो सकी (Despite this, the deplorable condition of the road could not be remedied.)  है, जिससे लोगों में नाराजगी बढ़ती जा रही है।

 

 

रहवासियों ने जिला प्रशासन (Residents [approached] the district administration) और नगर निगम से मांग की है कि बरसात के मौसम  (The Municipal Corporation has been asked to ensure that during the rainy season) को देखते हुए प्राथमिकता (Priority based on assessment) के आधार पर सड़क का निर्माण अथवा तत्काल मरम्मत कराई (Road construction or immediate repairs were carried out based on this.) जाए, ताकि किसी बड़े हादसे से पहले लोगों को राहत मिल (People should get relief before a major accident occurs.) सके।

“यह सड़क अब सड़क नहीं, गड्ढों का जाल बन चुकी है। हर दिन दुर्घटना का खतरा बना (The risk of an accident persisted every day.) रहता है। यदि जल्द निर्माण कार्य शुरू नहीं हुआ (Construction work did not begin soon.) तो क्षेत्रवासी आंदोलन के लिए मजबूर (Residents forced to protest) होंगे।”

“स्कूल जाने वाले बच्चों और मरीजों को सबसे ज्यादा परेशानी (Patients face the most difficulty.)हो रही है। बरसात में गड्ढे दिखाई नहीं देते, जिससे कभी भी बड़ा हादसा हो सकता है।”

“कई बार जनप्रतिनिधियों (Public representatives)और अधिकारियों का ध्यान इस समस्या (The attention of the officials [was drawn] to this problem.)की ओर दिलाया गया, लेकिन अब तक केवल आश्वासन (Mere assurances)ही मिला है। लोगों की सुरक्षा के साथ खिलवाड़ (Compromising people’s safety)किया जा रहा है।”

“नगर निगम को इस सड़क की तत्काल मरम्मत करानी (To get the road repaired immediately) चाहिए। सड़क की बदहाली से वाहन क्षतिग्रस्त हो रहे हैं और आम नागरिक आर्थिक नुकसान भी झेल (Common citizens also suffer financial losses)रहे हैं।”

“राज्य मंत्री और भाजपा संगठन के वरिष्ठ पदाधिकारी भी इसी मार्ग से गुजरते (Senior officials also pass through this route.)हैं, फिर भी सड़क की हालत नहीं सुधरना दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण (It is unfortunate that the situation is not improving.)  है। प्रशासन को इसे गंभीरता (The administration should treat this seriously.) से लेना चाहिए।”

“यह केवल सड़क की समस्या (Road-related issues) नहीं बल्कि लोगों की सुरक्षा का मामला (Rather, it is a matter of people’s safety.)  है। यदि समय रहते कार्रवाई नहीं हुई तो किसी बड़े हादसे (A major accident) की जिम्मेदारी संबंधित विभाग (The concerned department is responsible for the major accident.) की होगी।”

“रहवासी वर्षों से बेहतर सड़क की मांग (Demand for better roads) कर रहे हैं। अब धैर्य जवाब दे रहा है। यदि जल्द निर्माण कार्य शुरू (Construction work to start soon)  नहीं हुआ तो क्षेत्रवासी लोकतांत्रिक तरीके से आंदोलन (Residents of the area are protesting democratically.) करेंगे।”
