Singrauli News: सिंगरौली में कलेक्टर गौरव बैनल का सख्त रुख, छात्रावासों और आश्रमों में होगा औचक निरीक्षण; लापरवाही पर रहेगी नजर

Singrauli News: सिंगरौली कलेक्टर गौरव बैनल की अध्यक्षता में कलेक्ट्रेट सभागार में समय-सीमा की बैठक आयोजित (A time-limit meeting was held in the Collectorate auditorium under the chairmanship of Collector Gaurav Bainal.) की गई। बैठक में कलेक्टर ने जिले में कानून एवं व्यवस्था बनाए रखने, लंबित शिकायतों के निराकरण, विकास कार्यों की प्रगति, छात्रावासों की व्यवस्थाओं तथा मुख्यमंत्री जनविश्वास अभियान की तैयारियों की समीक्षा करते हुए संबंधित अधिकारियों को आवश्यक निर्देश (Necessary instructions issued to concerned officials while reviewing hostel arrangements and preparations for the Chief Minister’s Jan-Vishwas Abhiyan.) दिए। कलेक्टर ने सभी अनुविभागीय अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया कि आगामी त्योहारों के दृष्टिगत अपने-अपने क्षेत्रों में शांति समिति (The Collector directed all the Sub-Divisional Officers to form Peace Committees in their respective areas in view of the upcoming festivals.) की बैठक आयोजित कर कानून एवं व्यवस्था बनाए रखना सुनिश्चित करें। संबंधित थाना स्तर पर भी शांति समिति की बैठक आयोजित (Peace committee meetings were also held at the level of the respective police stations.) की जाए।
उन्होंने बेदखली एवं विवादित रास्तों से संबंधित आदेशों का पालन सुनिश्चित कराने तथा रास्तों पर अतिक्रमण पाए (To ensure compliance with orders relating to eviction and disputed roads and to find encroachments on roads.) जाने पर नियमानुसार कार्रवाई करने के निर्देशित किया। साथ ही स्वामित्व योजना के अंतर्गत पट्टों के पंजीयन की कार्रवाई निरंतर जारी (Instructions were issued to take action in accordance with the rules. Meanwhile, the process of registering lease deeds under the SVAMITVA scheme continues uninterrupted.) रखने और सभी पात्र हितग्राहियों को नियमानुसार नि:शुल्क पट्टा उपलब्ध कराने के निर्देश (Instructions to provide free land leases to eligible beneficiaries in accordance with the rules.) दिए। कलेक्टर ने जिले में संचालित छात्रावासों एवं आश्रमों की व्यवस्थाओं का औचक निरीक्षण (Collector conducts a surprise inspection of the arrangements at hostels and ashrams operating in the district.) कराने के लिए अधिकारियों को संस्थान आवंटित कर निरीक्षण करने के निर्देशित किया। उन्होंने कहा कि अधिकारी अपने आवंटित छात्रावासों एवं आश्रमों में मूलभूत सुविधाओं, स्वच्छता, स्वास्थ्य, सुरक्षा व्यवस्था तथा अधोसंरचना की स्थिति का परीक्षण (The officers will inspect the basic amenities, cleanliness, health, security arrangements and infrastructure of their allotted hostels and ashrams.) कर पालन प्रतिवेदन प्रस्तुत करें।
शिक्षा परिसर में पेयजल उपलब्ध कराएंं
उन्होंने कन्या शिक्षा परिसर बरगवां में पंप के माध्यम से पेयजल उपलब्ध कराने के निर्देशित किया लोक स्वास्थ्य यांत्रिकी विभाग के कार्यपालन यंत्री (The Executive Engineer of the Public Health Engineering Department issued instructions to provide drinking water via a pump at the Kanya Shiksha Parisar in Bargawan.) को दिए। साथ ही छात्रावासों में डीएमएफ मद से उपलब्ध कराई गई रोटी मेकर मशीनों का भौतिक सत्यापन कराने के लिए जांच दल गठित करने के निर्देश (Instructions to constitute an inspection team for the physical verification of roti-making machines provided to hostels using DMF funds.) दिए। निर्माण कार्यों की समीक्षा करते हुए कलेक्टर ने ननि आयुक्त को मॉडल रोड निर्माण कार्य में तेजी लाने तथा योजनाबद्ध तरीके से निर्धारित समय-सीमा में गुणवत्तापूर्ण कार्य पूर्ण (While reviewing the construction works, the Collector directed the Municipal Commissioner to expedite the construction of the model road and complete the quality work in a planned manner within the stipulated time frame.) कराने के निर्देशित किया। उन्होंने लोक निर्माण विभाग के कार्यपालन यंत्री को मेडिकल कॉलेज सड़क निर्माण कार्य समय-सीमा में पूर्ण कराने के लिए निर्देशित (Engineer instructed to complete the Medical College road construction work within the stipulated timeframe.) किया। इस दौरान विभाग प्रमुख एवं उपखंड अधिकारी मौजूद रहे।
