Singrauli News: सिंगरौली के हरिहर तालाब में लापता युवक का शव मिलने से सनसनी, सुरक्षा इंतजामों पर उठे गंभीर सवाल?

Singrauli News: सिंगरौली शहर के बीच स्थित हरिहर तालाब (Harihar Pond, located in the heart of Singrauli city.) में सोमवार रात करीब 9 बजे एक युवक का शव पानी में तैरता हुआ मिलने से इलाके में सनसनी फैल (The discovery of a young man’s body floating in water caused a sensation in the area.) गई। मृतक की पहचान रिंकू खान उर्फ सद्दाम, पिता अफजल खान, के रूप में बताई गई है। युवक के लापता होने के संबंध में परिजनों ने सोमवार को ही कोतवाली बैढ़न में शिकायत दर्ज कराई (The family members lodged a complaint regarding the young man’s disappearance at the Baidhan Kotwali police station on Monday itself.) थी। इसके बाद से परिजन उसकी तलाश में जुटे हुए थे, लेकिन उसका कहीं पता नहीं चल पा रहा (Family members had been searching for him since then, but there is no trace of him.) था।
सोमवार रात हरिहर तालाब में एक शव मिलने की सूचना के बाद मौके पर लोगों की भीड़ जुट (A crowd gathered at the spot after a body was found in Harihar pond last night.) गई। घटना के बाद क्षेत्र में चर्चा का माहौल बन गया। युवक की मौत किन परिस्थितियों में हुई (Under what circumstances did the young man die?) , इसका खुलासा जांच के बाद ही हो सकेगा।
तालाब की सुरक्षा व्यवस्था पर उठे सवाल
घटना के बाद जामा मस्जिद के सदर शहनवाज खान ने हरिहर तालाब की सुरक्षा व्यवस्था पर सवाल उठाए (Questions were raised regarding the security arrangements at Harihar Pond.) । उन्होंने कहा कि शहर के बीच स्थित इस तालाब में छठ पर्व सहित विभिन्न धार्मिक एवं सार्वजनिक आयोजनों के दौरान बड़ी संख्या में लोग पहुंचते हैं। इसके बावजूद यहां पर्याप्त प्रकाश व्यवस्था और बैरिकेडिंग की कमी चिंता का विषय (However, the lack of adequate lighting and barricading here is a cause for concern.) है।
उन्होंने कहा कि तालाब की सुरक्षा और व्यवस्थाओं पर करोड़ों रुपये खर्च किए जाने के बावजूद यदि लोगों की सुरक्षा के लिए जरूरी इंतजाम (Despite spending crores of rupees on the arrangements, if necessary arrangements for the safety of the people are not made) नहीं हैं, तो यह गंभीर विषय है। नगर निगम को इस मामले को संज्ञान में लेकर तालाब के आसपास पर्याप्त रोशनी, मजबूत बैरिकेडिंग और सुरक्षा के अन्य जरूरी इंतजाम सुनिश्चित करने (The Municipal Corporation should take cognizance of this matter and ensure adequate lighting, sturdy barricading, and other necessary security arrangements around the pond.) चाहिए।
शहनवाज खान ने कहा कि तालाब में हर वर्ष इस तरह की घटनाएं सामने आने की बात चिंताजनक (It is a matter of concern that such incidents occur every year in the pond.) है। ऐसी घटनाओं की पुनरावृत्ति रोकने के लिए संबंधित विभाग को गंभीरता से कदम उठाने (The concerned department must take serious steps to prevent a recurrence of such incidents.) चाहिए, ताकि त्योहारों और अन्य अवसरों पर तालाब में आने वाले लोगों की सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित (…should be taken to ensure the safety of people visiting the pond during festivals and other occasions, so as to prevent a recurrence of such incidents.) की जा सके।
