Singrauli News: सिंगरौली में बैंक सुरक्षा पर पुलिस सख्त, हर बैंक के अलार्म की होगी मॉक ड्रिल; CCTV और गार्डों की सतर्कता पर भी कड़ी निगरानी

Singrauli News: सिंगरौली जिले में संचालित बैंकिंग संस्थानों की सुरक्षा व्यवस्था को अधिक सुदृढ़, प्रभावी एवं व्यवस्थित बनाने तथा बैंक कर्मचारियों एवं आम नागरिकों को सुरक्षित बैंकिंग वातावरण उपलब्ध (To make the security system of the operating banking institutions more robust, effective and systematic and to provide a safe banking environment to the bank employees and common citizens.) कराने के उद्देश्य से एसपी षियाज केएम की अध्यक्षता एवं एएसपी सर्वप्रिय सिन्हा की उपस्थिति में महत्वपूर्ण सुरक्षा समीक्षा बैठक आयोजित (Important security review meeting held) की गई।
बैठक में जिले के शहरी एवं ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में संचालित 45 बैंकों के बैंक प्रबंधक उपस्थित (Bank managers from 45 banks operating in the district’s urban and rural areas were present at the meeting.) रहे। एसपी ने सभी बैंक प्रबंधकों को निर्देशित किया कि बैंक परिसरों के प्रवेश एवं निकास द्वार, नकदी काउंटर, स्ट्रांग रूम, एटीएम तथा अन्य संवेदनशील स्थानों पर पर्याप्त संख्या में उच्च गुणवत्ता (Bank managers were directed to ensure adequate security at the entry and exit gates, cash counters, strong rooms, ATMs and other sensitive places of the bank premises.) वाले सीसीटीव्ही कैमरे अनिवार्य लगाने, सभी कैमरे निरंतर क्रियाशील रहें, रिकॉर्डिंग का सुरक्षित बैकअप उपलब्ध हो तथा सुरक्षा उपकरणों की नियमित जांच हो, वहीं एसपी ने विशेष रूप से निर्देशित किया कि बैंकों में नियुक्त सुरक्षा गार्ड अपनी निर्धारित ड्यूटी के दौरान पूर्ण सतर्कता एवं अनुशासन बनाए रखें (Instructions were issued for security guards deployed at banks to maintain complete vigilance and discipline during their assigned duties.) ।
बैंक में आने-जाने वाले व्यक्तियों पर नजर रखें
बैंक परिसर में आने-जाने वाले व्यक्तियों की गतिविधियों पर निगरानी रखें (Monitor the activities of individuals entering and leaving the bank premises.) तथा किसी भी संदिग्ध व्यक्ति या असामान्य गतिविधि की तत्काल सूचना बैंक प्रबंधन एवं पुलिस (Immediately report any suspicious person or unusual activity to bank management and the police.) को दें। सुरक्षा गार्डों से रजिस्टर संधारण, दस्तावेज भरवाने, ग्राहकों के बैंकिंग कार्य अथवा अन्य लिपिकीय कार्य नहीं कराए (Do not assign tasks such as maintaining registers, filling out documents, handling customers’ banking transactions, or other clerical work to security guards.) जाएं। सुरक्षा कर्मियों को उनके निर्धारित दायित्वों, आपातकालीन परिस्थितियों में त्वरित प्रतिक्रिया, सुरक्षा अलार्म संचालन एवं संदिग्ध गतिविधियों की पहचान (Security personnel: assigned duties, rapid response to emergency situations, operation of security alarms, and identification of suspicious activities.) के संबंध में स्पष्ट दिशा-निर्देश दिए जाएं। वहीं एसपी ने निर्देशित किया कि सभी बैंकों में स्थापित सुरक्षा अलार्म की कार्यशीलता परखने के लिए पुलिस एवं बैंक प्रबंधन (Police and bank management to test the functionality of security alarms installed in all banks.) के समन्वय से समय-समय पर मॉक ड्रिल आयोजित की जाएगी। इस दौरान अलार्म सक्रिय होने से लेकर संबंधित पुलिस टीम के मौके पर पहुंचने तक लगने वाले समय अर्थात रिस्पॉन्स टाइम की जांच (Checking the response time from the time the alarm is activated to the time the concerned police team reaches the spot) की जाएगी।
