Breaking News: रेल यात्रियों को बड़ा झटका; रात 11 से सुबह 5 बजे तक बंद रहेंगे मोबाइल चार्जिंग पॉइंट, पावर बैंक हादसे के बाद रेलवे बोर्ड सख्त
Breaking News: ट्रेन में सफर करने वाले यात्रियों के लिए जरूरी खबर है। अब रात 11 बजे से सुबह 5 बजे तक ट्रेन के कोचों में लगे मोबाइल चार्जिंग पॉइंट बंद रखना अनिवार्य होगा (It will be mandatory to keep the mobile charging points in train coaches switched off from 11 PM to 5 AM.) । रेलवे बोर्ड ने इस नियम का सख्ती से पालन कराने के निर्देश सभी जोनल रेलवे को जारी (The Railway Board has issued instructions to all zonal railways to strictly enforce this rule.) किए हैं। यह आदेश 26 अक्टूबर 2026 को जारी किया गया है।
दरअसल, रेलवे बोर्ड ने यह निर्देश दक्षिण पूर्व रेलवे में हुई एक घटना के बाद जारी किया (The Railway Board issued this directive following an incident that took place on the South Eastern Railway.) है। जानकारी के मुताबिक, ट्रेन में रात के समय मोबाइल चार्जिंग पॉइंट बंद नहीं किए गए थे (Mobile charging points on the train were not switched off during the night.) । इसी दौरान एक यात्री का पावर बैंक चार्जिंग के दौरान धुएं के साथ फट (A passenger’s power bank caught fire and exploded while charging.) गया। इस घटना के बाद रेलवे ने सुरक्षा व्यवस्था को लेकर सख्ती दिखाई(Following the incident, the Railways took a strict stance regarding security arrangements.) है।
रेलवे बोर्ड ने अपने निर्देश में साल 2014 में जारी आदेश का भी हवाला दिया (In its directive, the Railway Board also cited an order issued in 2014.) है। उस आदेश में रात 11 बजे से सुबह 5 बजे तक कोचों में मोबाइल चार्जिंग पॉइंट बंद रखने के निर्देश दिए (Instructions were issued to keep mobile charging points in the coaches switched off.) गए थे। अब बोर्ड ने सभी जोनल रेलवे को इस नियम का अनिवार्य रूप से पालन कराने को कहा (All zonal railways have been instructed to ensure mandatory compliance with this rule.) है।
निर्देश के मुताबिक, रात के इन छह घंटों के दौरान चार्जिंग पॉइंट बंद रहना जरूरी (It is necessary for the charging point to remain switched off during these six hours of the night.) है। इसमें किसी भी तरह की छूट नहीं दी जाएगी। रेलवे कर्मचारियों को इस संबंध में स्पष्ट निर्देश देने(Clear instructions should be given to the railway staff in this regard.) , उनकी काउंसलिंग करने और जरूरत पड़ने पर प्रशिक्षण देने को कहा (Advised providing counseling and, if necessary, training.) गया है, ताकि नियम का सही तरीके से पालन हो सके।
इसके अलावा, अधिकारियों और सुपरवाइजरों को औचक निरीक्षण करने के निर्देश भी दिए (Instructions were also issued to officials and supervisors to conduct surprise inspections.) गए हैं। इसका उद्देश्य यह सुनिश्चित करना है कि ट्रेन के कोचों में रात के समय चार्जिंग पॉइंट बंद रखे (The objective is to ensure that charging points in train coaches are kept switched off during the night.) जा रहे हैं या नहीं।
रेलवे बोर्ड का कहना है कि यात्रियों की सुरक्षा को ध्यान में रखते हुए इन निर्देशों का पालन जरूरी (The Railway Board states that following these instructions is essential, with passenger safety in mind.) है। ऐसे में अब ट्रेन में रात 11 बजे से सुबह 5 बजे तक मोबाइल और अन्य डिवाइस चार्ज करने के लिए कोचों के चार्जिंग पॉइंट उपलब्ध नहीं होंगे (Charging points for mobile phones and other devices will not be available in the coaches.) ।
