Breaking News: Airtel के Unlimited 5G पर बवाल; हॉटस्पॉट रोक और 300GB लिमिट की चर्चा के बाद ‘अनलिमिटेड’ दावे पर उठे सवाल?
Breaking News: Airtel का Unlimited 5G प्लान इस्तेमाल (Plan usage) कर रहे हैं और सोचते हैं कि मोबाइल हॉटस्पॉट के जरिए लैपटॉप (Laptop via mobile hotspot) , टैबलेट या दूसरे फोन पर भी बेझिझक इंटरनेट चला सकेंगे तो अब ऐसा होना मुश्किल (You used to be able to use the internet without hesitation on tablets or other phones as well, but that is unlikely to be the case now.) है।
आप भी Airtel का Unlimited 5G प्लान इस्तेमाल कर (Using the plan) रहे हैं और सोचते हैं कि मोबाइल हॉटस्पॉट के जरिए लैपटॉप (Laptop via mobile hotspot) , टैबलेट या दूसरे फोन पर भी बेझिझक इंटरनेट चला सकेंगे तो अब ऐसा होना मुश्किल (It is unlikely that you will be able to use the internet without any restrictions now.) है। बता दें कि हाल ही में Airtel के 5G प्लान की कुछ शर्तें सोशल मीडिया पर वायरल (Some conditions of Airtel’s 5G plan have gone viral on social media.) होने के बाद कंपनी के Unlimited 5G दावे को लेकर नई बहस छिड़ गई है। देखा गया है कि कई यूजर्स ने Airtel की आधिकारिक Terms & Conditions के स्क्रीनशॉट शेयर किए हैं।
इनमें दावा किया गया है कि अनलिमिटेड 5G डेटा को मोबाइल हॉटस्पॉट (Unlimited 5G data for mobile hotspot) के जरिए दूसरे डिवाइस के साथ शेयर करने की अनुमति (Permission to share) नहीं है। इसके अलावा कुछ यूजर्स ने 300GB डेटा लिमिट का भी मुद्दा उठाया है जिससे Unlimited शब्द पर सवाल खड़े (Questions raised over the word) हो रहे हैं।
हॉटस्पॉट से दूसरे डिवाइस पर नहीं चलेगा 5G डेटा
जो स्क्रीनशॉट सोशल मीडिया पर वायरल (Screenshot goes viral on social media.) हो रहे है उसके अनुसार Airtel के अनलिमिटेड (According to Airtel’s unlimited…) 5G डेटा का इस्तेमाल केवल उसी स्मार्टफोन (Use only that smartphone) में किया जा सकता है जिसमें यह प्लान एक्टिव (In which this plan is active) है। इसका सीधा मतलब है कि अगर आप मोबाइल हॉटस्पॉट ऑन करके लैपटॉप (Simply means that if you turn on the mobile hotspot and connect to the laptop) , स्मार्ट टीवी या किसी दूसरे फोन में इंटरनेट चलाना चाहते हैं तो यह सुविधा उपलब्ध (Facility available) नहीं होगी। इस खुलासे के बाद कई यूजर्स का कहना है कि प्लान का प्रचार करते समय इस तरह की शर्तों को स्पष्ट रूप (Such conditions should be clearly stated while promoting the plan.) से बताया जाना चाहिए ताकि ग्राहकों को बाद में परेशानी (This should be done to avoid any problems for the customers later.) का सामना न करना पड़े।
300GB डेटा लिमिट पर भी उठे सवाल?
वहीं कुछ यूजर्स का दावा (Some users claim) है कि Airtel के कुछ प्रीपेड प्लान में Unlimited 4G और 5G डेटा का वादा किया जाता है लेकिन 30 दिनों के भीतर 300GB तक डेटा उपयोग की सीमा तय (Data usage limit set) है। यदि कोई ग्राहक इससे अधिक डेटा इस्तेमाल (If a customer uses more data than this) करता है तो उसे व्यावसायिक उपयोग माना जा सकता (It can be considered commercial use.) है। यही वजह है कि कई लोगों ने सवाल उठाया है कि जब डेटा को Unlimited कहा जा रहा है तो फिर उपयोग की सीमा क्यों तय की गई (Why was a limit on usage set?) है।
