Breaking News: भारत में कार को खरीदने पर खास ऑफर्स के आने कि उम्मीद लगाई (Expectations have been raised for special offers on car purchases in India.) जा रही है। जिसमें बताया जा रहा है कि सरकार एक बड़ा बदलाव करने वाली है जिससे फेस्टिव सीजन में ग्राहकों को खास ऑफर्स (The government is set to introduce a major change that will bring special offers to customers during the festive season.) मिलेगे।
भारत में ऑटोमोबाइल कंपनियों के लिए फेस्टिव सीजन बिक्री बढ़ाने का सबसे अहम दौर माना (The festive season is considered the most crucial period for boosting sales for automobile companies in India.) जाता है। इस दौरान कंपनियां ग्राहकों को लुभाने के लिए एक्सचेंज बोनस से लेकर कैश डिस्काउंट और दूसरे ऑफर्स (During this period, companies are offering everything from exchange bonuses to cash discounts and other deals to lure customers.) तक देती हैं। अब इस फेस्टिव सीजन में कार खरीदने की तैयारी कर रहे लोगों (Now, for those planning to buy a car this festive season…) के लिए एक और बड़ी राहत की उम्मीद बन रही है।
जिसको लेकर रिपोर्ट्स में बताया जा रहा है कि सरकार GST के कुछ नियमों में बदलाव पर विचार (Government considering changes to some GST rules.) कर रही है। खासतौर पर इनपुट टैक्स क्रेडिट (ITC) से जुड़े नियमों में बदलाव की चर्चा काफी तेज (There is considerable buzz, particularly regarding changes to the rules concerning Input Tax Credit (ITC).) है। अगर ऐसा होता है और इसका सीधा फायदा ऑटो कंपनियों को मिलेगा और वो कंपनियों की लागत घट सकती (The costs for those companies could decrease.) है। इसका असर ग्राहकों को मिलने वाले डिस्काउंट और ऑफर्स पर भी देखने (Also check out the discounts and offers) को मिल सकता है।
कार कंपनियों की लागत घटने की उम्मीद
जानकारी में सामने आ रहा है कि कार बनाने वाली कंपनियों को उत्पादन के दौरान कई तरह की सेवाओं और इनपुट पर टैक्स देना (Companies paying taxes on various types of services and inputs during production.) पड़ता है। ऐसे में इनपुट टैक्स क्रेडिट की व्यवस्था में बदलाव होने पर कंपनियों की टैक्स लागत और वर्किंग कैपिटल (In such a situation, if there is a change in the system of input tax credit, the tax cost and working capital of the companies will be affected.) से जुड़ा दबाव कम होने की संभावना है। वहीं रिपोर्ट्स में इनपुट टैक्स क्रेडिट को हटाने या मौजूदा व्यवस्था में बदलाव किए जाने जैसे विकल्पों पर चर्चा (Reports discuss options such as removing the Input Tax Credit or modifying the existing system.) की बात कही गई है। लेकिन अंतिम फैसला होने तक यह स्पष्ट नहीं है कि नियमों में किस तरह का बदलाव (It is not clear what kind of changes will be made to the rules until a final decision is taken.) किया जाएगा।
फेस्टिव सीजन में बढ़ सकते हैं डिस्काउंट
जैसा कि सभी को पता है कि फेस्टिव सीजन में कार कंपनियां वैसे भी बिक्री बढ़ाने के लिए कई तरह के ऑफर्स (Car companies offer various offers to boost sales during the festive season.) देती हैं। अगर इस दौरान कंपनियों की लागत कम होती है तो वे उसका कुछ फायदा ग्राहकों (If the cost of companies decreases during this period, they can pass on some of the benefit to the customers.) तक पहुंचा सकती हैं। ऐसी स्थिति में कैश डिस्काउंट, एक्सचेंज बोनस, कॉर्पोरेट ऑफर या डीलर-लेवल बेनेफिट बढ़ सकते हैं। जिसका सीधा मतलब है कि जो ग्राहक अक्टूबर-नवंबर के दौरान नई कार खरीदने की योजना बना रहे हैं उन्हें मौजूदा ऑफर्स (Customers planning to buy a new car during October-November can avail the existing offers.) के अलावा अतिरिक्त लाभ मिलने की संभावना बन सकती (There is a possibility of receiving additional benefits.) है।
7 अक्टूबर को होगी GST काउंसिल की बैठक
रिपोर्ट में तो यह भी सामने आया है कि GST काउंसिल की 57वीं बैठक 7 अक्टूबर को प्रस्तावित है। इससे पहले अधिकारियों के स्तर पर इन मुद्दों पर चर्चा हो सकती (These issues could first be discussed at the official level.) है। वहीं बैठक में इनपुट टैक्स क्रेडिट समेत GST से जुड़े अन्य मामलों पर भी विचार होने की संभावना है। लेकिन जब तक काउंसिल की ओर से कोई आधिकारिक फैसला नहीं आता तब तक कारों की कीमत (…until an official decision is announced by the council, car prices…) या डिस्काउंट में निश्चित बदलाव की बात कहना जल्दबाजी (It is premature to speak of a definite change in the discount.) होगी। अगर प्रस्तावित बदलाव मंजूर होते हैं और ऑटो कंपनियों को लागत (The proposed changes are approved and the auto companies will be charged a small amount for the cost.) में राहत मिलती है तो फेस्टिव सीजन में ग्राहकों के लिए बेहतर कार डील सामने (Better car deals for customers emerge during the festive season.) आ सकती हैं।
