Breaking News: UPI ट्रांजैक्शन में गिरावट से बढ़ी हलचल, 15 अक्टूबर से MDR शुल्क की चर्चा के बीच डिजिटल पेमेंट पर बढ़ी नजरें
Breaking News: सितंबर में देशभर में UPI लेनदेन की कुल संख्या में मामूली कमी दर्ज की (A slight decline was recorded in the total number of UPI transactions across the country in September.) गई। NPCI के आंकड़ों के अनुसार, अगस्त के 24.51 अरब ट्रांजैक्शन के मुकाबले सितंबर में यह आंकड़ा घटकर (Compared to 24.51 billion transactions in August, this figure decreased in September.) 24.07 अरब रह गया। हालांकि, रोजाना औसतन 80.2 करोड़ लेनदेन के साथ डिजिटल भुगतान ने नया रिकॉर्ड (Digital payments set a new record in transactions.) बनाया।
MDR शुल्क को लेकर व्यापारियों में चिंता
15 अक्टूबर से ₹2,000 से अधिक के मर्चेंट UPI भुगतान पर 0.40 प्रतिशत MDR शुल्क लागू होने की खबरों के बीच व्यापारी संगठनों की चिंताएं बढ़ी (Concerns among merchant associations have mounted amidst reports of MDR charges being implemented.) हैं। प्रस्तावित शुल्क को लेकर नियमों की आधिकारिक पुष्टि जरूरी (Official confirmation of the rules regarding the proposed fee is necessary.) है। सामान्य व्यक्ति से व्यक्ति (P2P) ट्रांसफर और व्यापारिक भुगतान के नियम (Rules for standard person-to-person (P2P) transfers and merchant payments) अलग हो सकते हैं।
IMPS और AePS में भी दिखी सुस्ती
सितंबर में IMPS लेनदेन की संख्या में हल्की गिरावट आई, लेकिन कुल लेनदेन मूल्य (There was a slight decline in the number of IMPS transactions, but the total transaction value…) बढ़कर ₹7.06 लाख करोड़ पहुंच गया। वहीं AePS के लेनदेन में भी कमी दर्ज की गई। इसके बावजूद डिजिटल भुगतान का सालाना रुझान मजबूत (Annual trend of digital payments remains strong.) बना हुआ है। अब त्योहारों के दौरान UPI ट्रांजैक्शन की रफ्तार और भुगतान संबंधी नियमों में होने वाले बदलावों (The pace of UPI transactions and changes in payment-related regulations during the festive season.) पर नजर रहेगी।
