Singrauli Breaking News: सिंगरौली कलेक्ट्रेट सभागार (Singrauli Collectorate Auditorium) में रविवार को आयोजित जिला समीक्षा बैठक में जिले की प्रभारी मंत्री संपत्तिया उईके के निशाने (District in-charge minister Sampatiya Uikey targets in the district review meeting held) पर नगर पालिका निगम सिंगरौली (Singrauli Municipal Corporation) रहा। विकास कार्यों की धीमी रफ्तार और लंबित परियोजनाओं पर उन्होंने अधिकारियों (He questioned the officials on the slow pace of development works and pending projects.) को जमकर फटकार लगाई। प्रभारी मंत्री ने सवाल किया कि सिविक सेंटर का निर्माण (The Minister in-charge questioned the construction of the Civic Center.) अब तक शुरू क्यों नहीं हुआ। सड़क और नाली निर्माण कार्य अधूरे क्यों हैं, गनियारी व्यवसाय प्लाजा की जांच प्रतिवेदन लंबित क्यों (Why is the investigation report on the Ganiyari Business Plaza pending?) हैं और शहर की खराब पड़ी स्ट्रीट लाइटों की मरम्मत (Repair of the city’s faulty streetlights) अब तक क्यों नहीं कराई गई।
उन्होंने स्पष्ट चेतावनी (Clear warning) देते हुए कहा कि 10 दिनों के भीतर सभी लंबित कार्य पूर्ण कराए जाएं, अन्यथा संबंधित अधिकारियों के विरुद्ध कार्रवाई (Otherwise, action will be taken against the concerned officials.) की जाएगी। बैठक के दौरान उन्होंने महापौर और नगर निगम अधिकारियों को आपसी समन्वय से कार्य (During the meeting, he asked the Mayor and Municipal Corporation officials to work in coordination with each other.) करने की भी नसीहत दी। समीक्षा के दौरान लापरवाह ठेकेदारों पर की गई कार्रवाई की भी जानकारी (Information regarding action taken against negligent contractors as well.) ली गई। ननि आयुक्त सविता प्रधान ने बताया कि करीब 15 ठेकेदारों पर कार्रवाई करते हुए उनसे जुर्माना भी वसूला (Action was taken against 15 contractors, and fines were also recovered from them.) गया है।
वहीं बैठक में यह मुद्दा भी उठा कि विकास कार्यों में अपेक्षित सहयोग नहीं मिल (The issue of not getting the expected cooperation in development works also came up in the meeting.) रहा है। आयुक्त ने कई मामलों में महापौर के सहयोग नहीं मिलने (The Commissioner [faced] a lack of cooperation from the Mayor in several matters.) की बात कही।बैठक में नगर निगम की कार्यशैली, अधूरे विकास कार्य और निगरानी व्यवस्था पर गंभीर सवाल (Serious questions raised regarding the Municipal Corporation’s functioning, incomplete development works, and the monitoring system.) खड़े हुए। लंबे समय से लंबित योजनाओं (Long-pending schemes) और बुनियादी सुविधाओं की बदहाल स्थिति ने शहर के विकास दावों की भी पोल खोल (The poor condition of infrastructure also exposed the city’s development claims.) दी। अब निगाहें इस बात पर हैं कि 10 दिन की चेतावनी के बाद वास्तव में सुधार (Actual improvement following the warning) होता है या यह निर्देश भी केवल बैठकों तक सीमित (This directive, too, is limited only to meetings.) रह जाता है।
