Singrauli News: सिंगरौली जिला अस्पताल में सफाईकर्मियों के तेवर से मचा हड़कंप, दो माह का लंबित वेतन खाते में पहुंचा

Singrauli News: सिंगरौली जिला चिकित्सालय ट्रॉमा सेंटर बैढ़न में सीईडीएमएपी के माध्यम से कार्यरत कर्मचारियों के लंबित वेतन और अन्य भुगतानों का मामला (Issue regarding the outstanding salaries and other payments of employees working through CEDMAP at the Trauma Center of Singrauli District Hospital, Baidhan.) सामने आया है। सुरक्षा गार्ड, सफाई कर्मी, वार्ड बॉय सहित अन्य कर्मचारियों ने आज गुरुवार को कलेक्ट्रेट पहुंचकर ज्ञापन सौंपा। कर्मचारियों के एकजुटता को देख मानदेय का भुगतान खाते (A memorandum was submitted at the Collectorate. Seeing the solidarity of the employees, the honorarium was paid into their accounts.) में करा दिया गया है।
कर्मचारियों ने ज्ञापन में बताया कि वे ट्रॉमा सेंटर में लगातार अपनी जिम्मेदारियों का निर्वहन (In the memorandum, the employees stated that they have been continuously discharging their responsibilities at the trauma center.) कर रहे हैं, लेकिन पिछले दो माह से वेतन का भुगतान नहीं किया गया है। इसके अलावा पिछले तीन माह से पीएफ की राशि जमा नहीं होने का भी आरोप लगाया (Additionally, allegations were made regarding the non-deposit of PF contributions for the past three months.) गया है। कर्मचारियों के अनुसार एरियर और अन्य निर्धारित भुगतानों का मामला भी लंबे समय से लंबित है। कर्मचारियों का कहना है कि नियमित रूप से सेवाएं देने के बावजूद समय पर वेतन और मानदेय नहीं मिलने (Employees say that despite providing services regularly, they are not getting their salaries and honorarium on time.) से उनके सामने आर्थिक परेशानियां खड़ी हो रही हैं। उन्होंने पद के अनुसार निर्धारित मानदेय और अन्य देय राशि का भुगतान सुनिश्चित (They ensured the payment of the honorarium and other dues prescribed for the position.) कराने की मांग की है। ज्ञापन के माध्यम से कलेक्टर से दो माह के लंबित वेतन का तत्काल भुगतान कराने, तीन माह के पीएफ की जांच कर राशि (Through a memorandum, the Collector was requested to immediately pay the pending salary of two months and to check the PF amount of three months.) जमा कराने तथा एरियर सहित अन्य बकाया भुगतानों का निराकरण कराने की मांग की (Demanded the settlement of outstanding payments.) गई। कर्मचारियों ने कहा कि उनका उद्देश्य जिला अस्पताल की स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं को प्रभावित करना नहीं (Their objective is not to affect the health services of the district hospital.) है। सफाई कर्मियों समेत अन्य स्टाफ के कड़े तेवर को देख अस्पताल प्रबंधन एवं सेडमैप ठेकेदार (Faced with the firm stance of the sanitation workers and other staff, the hospital management and the SEDMAP contractor…) ने आनन-फानन में संविदाकर्मियों के खाते में भुगतान करा दिया गया है। जिला प्रशासन की ओर से विज्ञप्ति भी जारी की गई है। हालांकि इसे सफाई कर्मी अच्छा मान रहे हैं कि जिला प्रशासन संविदाकर्मियों के दुख-दर्द को समझा (The district administration understood the pain and suffering of contract workers.) है।
