Singrauli News: सिंगरौली जिला पशु चिकित्सालय की व्यवस्थाओं (Arrangements of Singrauli District Veterinary Hospital) को लेकर आने-जाने वाले लोगों में तरह-तरह की चर्चाएं सुनने को मिल (Various kinds of discussions can be heard among the people coming and going.) रही हैं। लोगों का आरोप है कि यहां इलाज के नाम पर महज खानापूर्ति की जाती (People allege that treatment here is merely a formality.) है और ड्यूटी पर मौजूद स्टाफ समय व्यतीत करता नजर (Staff on duty seen spending time) आता है। कुछ लोगों का यह भी कहना है कि यदि ड्यूटी के अलावा किसी पशु का इलाज कराना (Some people also say that if treatment of any animal is done apart from duty) हो तो पैसे देने पर इलाज की सुविधा घर तक उपलब्ध हो (Medical treatment facilities should be available at home upon payment.) जाती है। हालांकि इन आरोपों की वास्तविकता क्या है, यह जांच का विषय (The veracity of the allegations is a matter for investigation.) है, लेकिन इस तरह की चर्चाएं विभागीय व्यवस्था पर सवाल जरूर खड़े (Discussions have certainly raised questions about the departmental system.) करती हैं।
वहीं, जिला पशु चिकित्सालय के पीछे बने सेल्टर में सड़को पर घायल पशुओं की निःस्वार्थ भावना से सेवा (Selfless service to injured stray animals at the shelter located behind the District Veterinary Hospital.) किए जाने की तस्वीर सामने आती है। यहां घायल और बेसहारा पशुओं का उपचार बिना किसी शुल्क के किया जा रहा (Injured and destitute animals are being treated here free of charge.) है। जरूरतमंद पशुओं की देखभाल और इलाज में जुटे लोगों की पहल को स्थानीय स्तर (The initiative of people engaged in the care and treatment of needy animals should be recognized at the local level) पर सराहना भी मिल रही है।
अब सवाल यह है कि जब घायल पशुओं का निःशुल्क और सेवा भाव से उपचार सेल्टर में किया (When injured animals were treated at the shelter free of charge and with a spirit of service.) जा सकता है, तो जिला पशु चिकित्सालय की सरकारी व्यवस्था में इलाज को लेकर लोगों को शिकायतें क्यों सुनने को मिल (Why do people have to listen to complaints about treatment in the government system of the District Veterinary Hospital?) रही हैं। संबंधित विभाग को इन शिकायतों की वास्तविकता की जांच कर व्यवस्थाओं को बेहतर बनाने की दिशा में ठोस कदम (The concerned department is to verify the veracity of these complaints and take concrete steps to improve the arrangements.) उठाने की जरूरत है।
जिस तरह से जिला अस्पताल ट्रामा सेंटर में डयूटी में 24 घंटे लोग रहते है ठीक उसी तरह यहाँ की भी व्यवस्थाओं में सुधार लाना होगा काम (Just as personnel are on duty around the clock at the District Hospital Trauma Center, the operational arrangements here must also be improved.) के नाम पर केवल खानापूर्ति
