Singrauli News: बरगवां नगर परिषद बरगवां में सब्जी मंडी शोपीस (Vegetable market in Bargaon Nagar Parishad remains a showpiece.) बन कर रह गई। सब्जी की दुकानें निर्माणाधीन रेलवे ओवर ब्रिज के नीचे चल (Vegetable shops are running under the under-construction railway overbridge.) रही हैं, जहां यातायात व्यवस्था चरमराई रहती है। वहीं दुर्घटना की संभावनाओं से भी इंकार (The possibility of an accident was also ruled out.) भी नही किया जा सकता (The possibility of an accident cannot be ruled out either.) है। दरअसल नगर परिषद बरगवां में वर्षो से सब्जी मंडी
बनाया गया है, ताकि सब्जी की दुकाने परिसर (Vegetable Shop Complex) में ही लगे। किंतु व्यवस्थाएं एवं साफ-सफाई न होने के कारण सब्जी (But due to lack of arrangements and cleanliness, vegetables) की दुकानें बरगवां बाजार के निर्माणाधीन रेलवे के ओवर ब्रिज (Shops at the railway overbridge under construction in Bargaon Bazaar.) के नीचे लग रही हैं।
यहां के नागरिक बताते हैं कि सड़क पर सब्जी की दुकानें संचालित होने से यातायात व्यवस्था पर व्यापक असर (Operation of vegetable stalls on the road has a significant impact on traffic flow.) पड़ता है और पुलिस को भी काफी कसरत करनी पड़ती (The police, too, have to put in a lot of effort.) है और आये दिन बाजार में जाम लगा रहता है। यह समस्या आज से नही, बल्कि वर्षो से है (This problem has existed not just since today, but for years.) । नगर परिषद के अधिकारी से लेकर जनप्रतिनिधि इसके प्रति गंभीर नही हैं (From municipal council officials to elected representatives, no one is serious about this.) । यहां के नागरिको का कहना है कि जब कभी दुर्भाग्य वस हादसा (Citizens say that whenever, unfortunately, an accident occurs…) हो जाएगा, तब नगर परिषद के अधिकारियों एवं जनप्रतिनिधियों की नींद टूटेगी (Municipal Council officials and public representatives will be jolted out of their slumber.) ।
वहीं सब्जी कारोबारियों का कहना है कि सही जगह पर सब्जी मंडी नही बनी (Vegetable traders say that the vegetable market has not been built at the right location.) है और उसका रखरखाव तथा साफ-सफाई व्यवस्था नगण्य (Maintenance and cleanliness arrangements are negligible.) है। मार्ग में अतिक्रमण है। यहां के नागरिको ने इस ओर कलेक्टर का ध्यान आकृष्ट (Citizens drew the Collector’s attention to this matter.) कराया है।
