Singrauli News: सिंगरौली के देवसर में बदहाली का विस्फोट; गंदे पानी और कचरे के बीच शिक्षा लेने जा रहे हजारों छात्र, आखिर कब जागेंगे जिम्मेदार?

Singrauli News: सिंगरौली/देवसर शिक्षा के मंदिर में पढ़ने जाने वाले छात्र-छात्राओं को यदि गंदे पानी, दुर्गंध और बाजार के कचरे के बीच (If the students going to study in the temple of education have to live amidst dirty water, foul smell and market garbage) से होकर गुजरना पड़े, तो विकास के दावों पर सवाल उठना स्वाभाविक है (If one has to go through this, it is natural for questions to be raised about claims of development.) । देवसर में राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग से शासकीय महाविद्यालय की ओर जाने वाली पीसीसी सड़क पर बह रहे गंदे पानी (Wastewater flowing on the PCC road leading from the national highway to the Government College in Deosar.) और जमा कचरे के कारण विद्यार्थियों सहित स्थानीय ग्रामीणों को भारी परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ (Due to this, local villagers including students had to face huge problems.) रहा है।
बताया जा रहा है कि इस मार्ग से शासकीय महाविद्यालय के 1000 से अधिक छात्र-छात्राएं प्रतिदिन आवागमन करते (More than 1,000 students from the government college commute via this route daily.) हैं। वहीं, स्थानीय ग्रामीणों सहित प्रतिदिन करीब दो से तीन हजार लोगों का इस रास्ते से आना-जाना होता है। इसके बावजूद सड़क पर बहते गंदे पानी और कचरे की समस्या का स्थायी समाधान नहीं हो पाने से लोगों में नाराजगी (People are frustrated over the lack of a permanent solution to the problem of sewage and garbage flowing onto the road.) है।
बदबू के बीच आवागमन, जिम्मेदारों का ध्यान कब जाएगा?
स्थानीय लोगों का आरोप है कि गंदे पानी से उठने वाली दुर्गंध के बीच विद्यार्थियों और ग्रामीणों को मजबूरी में गुजरना पड़ता है (Locals allege that students and villagers are forced to pass through the area amidst the foul odor rising from the dirty water.) । पूर्व में भी कई नेताओं एवं जनप्रतिनिधियों के समक्ष यह समस्या उठाई जा चुकी है, लेकिन स्थिति में अपेक्षित सुधार नहीं हुआ (This issue has been raised before public representatives, but the situation has not improved as expected.)। ऐसे में सवाल उठता है कि हजारों लोगों के रोजाना इस्तेमाल में आने वाले इस सार्वजनिक मार्ग की बदहाली दूर करने के लिए ठोस पहल कब होगी?
प्रशासन से जनहित के मुद्दे पर ध्यान देने की अपील
स्थानीय लोगों ने जिला एवं स्थानीय प्रशासन से मांग की है कि इस सार्वजनिक समस्या को गंभीरता से लेते हुए मौके का निरीक्षण (It has been demanded from the local administration that taking this public problem seriously, the spot should be inspected.) कराया जाए। गंदे पानी की निकासी के लिए स्थायी व्यवस्था बनाई जाए और जमा कचरे की नियमित सफाई सुनिश्चित की (A permanent system should be established, and the regular clearing of accumulated waste ensured.) जाए, ताकि विद्यार्थियों को शिक्षा के मंदिर तक पहुंचने में परेशानी न हो और ग्रामीणों को भी राहत (Ensuring students face no difficulty in reaching the temple of learning, and providing relief to villagers as well.) मिल सके।
जब प्रतिदिन हजारों लोग इस मार्ग से गुजरते हैं, तो उनकी सुविधा और स्वच्छता सुनिश्चित करना भी प्रशासन की प्राथमिकता (Ensuring convenience and cleanliness is also a priority for the administration.) होनी चाहिए। विकास के दावे तभी सार्थक होंगे, जब उनका असर आमजन की रोजमर्रा की जिंदगी में दिखाई (Claims of development will be meaningful only when their impact is visible in the daily lives of the common people.) देगा।
