Singrauli News: सिंगरौली के सरकारी स्कूल में छात्र की तबीयत बिगड़ी, परिसर के बाहर पेड़ के नीचे मिला बीमार छात्र; इलाज और सुरक्षा व्यवस्था पर विद्यालय प्रबंधन से उठे गंभीर सवाल?

Singrauli News: सिंगरौली में शासकीय उच्च माध्यमिक विद्यालय, सरई (Government Higher Secondary School, Sarai in Singrauli) में कक्षा 11वीं के छात्र सूरज जायसवाल की दोपहर करीब 12 बजे अचानक तबीयत बिगड़ने के बाद विद्यालय प्रबंधन की कार्यप्रणाली पर गंभीर सवाल खड़े हो गए (Following a sudden deterioration in health, serious questions have been raised regarding the functioning of the school management.) हैं। छात्र ग्राम इटमा निवासी सियाराम जायसवाल का पुत्र बताया जा रहा है। छात्र सुबह करीब 10:30 बजे विद्यालय पहुंच चुका था।
जानकारी के मुताबिक, शिक्षक हीरालाल प्रजापति ने छात्र के अभिभावक को फोन कर उसकी तबीयत खराब होने की सूचना (Calling the parent to inform them of his/her illness) दी। सूचना मिलते ही अभिभावक विद्यालय पहुंचे, लेकिन वहां का दृश्य देखकर वे हैरान रह गए। छात्र स्कूल परिसर के भीतर नहीं, बल्कि बाहर पेड़ के नीचे लेटा हुआ मिला (The student was found lying under a tree outside the school premises, not inside.) ।
घटना ने विद्यालय में छात्रों की सुरक्षा और आपातकालीन स्वास्थ्य व्यवस्था की पोल खोल दी (It exposed the reality of student safety and emergency healthcare arrangements in the school.) है। सवाल यह है कि तबीयत बिगड़ने के बाद छात्र को तत्काल प्राथमिक उपचार क्यों नहीं दिया गया और उसे अस्पताल पहुंचाने के लिए विद्यालय प्रबंधन (The question is why the student was not provided with immediate first aid after his condition deteriorated, and why the school management [did not take steps] to get him to a hospital…) ने समय रहते कोई ठोस कदम क्यों नहीं उठाया।
अभिभावकों के बीच भी इस घटना को लेकर नाराजगी (There is also resentment among parents regarding this incident.) है। उनका कहना है कि स्कूल में किसी छात्र की तबीयत अचानक बिगड़ने पर प्रबंधन की जिम्मेदारी (Responsibility of the management in case of sudden deterioration in the health of a student in the school) बनती है कि उसे सुरक्षित स्थान पर ले जाकर तत्काल चिकित्सकीय सहायता उपलब्ध कराई (Moved to a safe location and provided with immediate medical assistance.) जाए।
फिलहाल यह स्पष्ट नहीं हो सका है कि छात्र को समय पर अस्पताल पहुंचाने के लिए विद्यालय की ओर से कोई मदद (It is not clear at this time whether the school provided any assistance to get the student to the hospital on time.) की गई या नहीं। मामले में विद्यालय प्रबंधन का आधिकारिक पक्ष अभी सामने नहीं आया (The official stance of the school management on the matter has not yet emerged.) है। अधिकारियों से पूरे घटनाक्रम की जांच कर जिम्मेदारी तय करने की मांग उठ (There was a demand for the officials to investigate the entire incident and fix responsibility.) रही है.
