Singrauli News: सिंगरौली में अवैध शराब के आरोपों पर बवाल, ग्रामीण महिलाओं ने आबकारी टीम को घेरा और कार्रवाई की उठाई मांग?

Singrauli News: सिंगरौली के सरई क्षेत्र में शराब की कथित अवैध पैकारी ने अब गांवों की चौखट लांघकर सड़क तक आक्रोश पहुंचा (Illegal trading has now crossed the village threshold, bringing the public outcry all the way to the roadside.) दिया है। अवैध शराब की बिक्री पर कार्रवाई की मांग को लेकर ग्रामीण महिलाओं और पुरुषों ने आबकारी विभाग की टीम को ही घेर (Rural women and men surrounded the excise department team demanding action against the sale of illegal liquor.) लिया। विरोध के दौरान आबकारी अमले के वाहन को रोक दिया (The excise department’s vehicle was stopped during the protest.) गया।
ग्रामीणों का गुस्सा इस बात को लेकर था कि शिकायतों (The villagers were angry over the fact that the complaints) के बावजूद अवैध शराब के कारोबार पर प्रभावी अंकुश क्यों नहीं लगाया जा रहा। ग्रामीणों ने आबकारी विभाग की कार्यप्रणाली पर गंभीर आरोप (Villagers level serious allegations against the functioning of the Excise Department.) लगाते हुए कहा कि सरई शराब दुकान से जुड़े लोगों द्वारा आसपास के गांवों में कथित तौर पर पैकारी कराई जा (People associated with the Sarai liquor shop were allegedly selling liquor in the surrounding villages.) रही है। आरोप है कि अवैध कारोबार करने वालों पर कार्रवाई के बजाय उन्हें संरक्षण (It is alleged that instead of taking action against those involved in illegal trade, they are being protected.) मिल रहा है। प्रदर्शन के दौरान ग्रामीणों ने आबकारी कर्मचारियों पर कथित रूप से 5 हजार रुपये प्रतिमाह लिए जाने तक के आरोप (During the protest, villagers alleged that excise department employees were demanding up to ₹5,000 per month.) लगाए। हालांकि इन आरोपों की स्वतंत्र पुष्टि नहीं हुई (The allegations have not been independently verified.) है। सोशल मीडिया पर वायरल हो रहे वीडियो में ग्रामीण आबकारी टीम को घेरकर विरोध (In a video going viral on social media, villagers are seen surrounding the excise team and protesting.) करते दिखाई दे रहे हैं। नई ताकत न्यूज नेटवर्क वायरल वीडियो की स्वतंत्र रूप से पुष्टि नहीं करता (Does not independently verify the viral video.) है, लेकिन वीडियो सामने आने के बाद यह सवाल जरूर खड़ा हो गया है कि आखिर सरई क्षेत्र में अवैध शराब और पैकारी को लेकर लोगों का आक्रोश इस स्तर तक क्यों पहुंचा (Why did public outrage regarding illegal liquor and illicit trade in the Sarai area reach such a level?) । जिले के ग्रामीण इलाकों में अवैध शराब की बिक्री और पैकारी की शिकायतें लगातार सामने आना आबकारी विभाग की निगरानी व्यवस्था पर सवाल खड़े (The continuous complaints of extortion raise questions about the monitoring system of the Excise Department.) करता है।
सागर की घटना से भी सबक नही ले रहा आबकारी
सरई क्षेत्र में शराब कारोबार को लेकर पहले भी विवाद और तनाव की स्थिति बनने की बात सामने आती (Reports of disputes and tension regarding the liquor trade in the Sarai area have surfaced in the past as well.) रही है। सबसे बड़ा सवाल अब आबकारी विभाग (The biggest question now concerns the Excise Department.) से है, जब ग्रामीण खुले तौर पर अवैध पैकारी की शिकायत कर (Villagers openly complain about illegal mining.) रहे हैं तो विभाग ने अब तक कितनी कार्रवाई की, कितने प्रकरण दर्ज किए गए और कितने अवैध कारोबारियों पर शिकंजा कसा गया। सागर में सामने आई घटना जैसी स्थिति सिंगरौली में पैदा होने से पहले प्रशासन को चेतना (The administration should be vigilant before a situation like the one that unfolded in Sagar arises in Singrauli.) होगा। यदि आज की शिकायतों को नजरअंदाज (Ignoring today’s complaints) किया गया और कल कोई बड़ी घटना हुई तो उसकी जिम्मेदारी किसकी होगी, अब गेंद आबकारी विभाग और जिला प्रशासन के पाले (The ball is now in the court of the Excise Department and the district administration.) में है।
माड़ा इलाके में एक महीने पहले हो चुका है खून-खराबा
जिले में पैकारी एवं अवैध शराब बिक्री को लेकर अक्सर विवाद (There are frequent disputes in the district regarding Pakari and illegal liquor sale.) भी हो रहे हैं। करीब एक महीना पूर्व माड़ा में शराब कारोबारियों के बीच जमकर मारपीट (A violent clash broke out between liquor traders in Mada about a month ago.) हुई थी। जिसको लेकर शराब कारोबारियों के साथ-साथ जिला आबकारी विभाग (Liquor traders as well as the district excise department) की भी जमकर किरकिरी हुई। हालांकि आबकारी विभाग पर इन सब बातो का असर नही पड़ (All these things do not affect the Excise Department.) रहा है। ग्रामीणों का आरोप है कि आबकारी एवं पुलिस के संरक्षण में जगह-जगह पैकारी एवं अवैध शराब की बिक्री (Villagers allege that under the protection of the excise and police, illegal liquor is being sold at various places.) की जा रही है। इस तरह की अवैध शराब पहले कभी नही बीक रही (Illegal liquor is selling like never before.) थी। माड़ा इलाके में फिर से पैकारी और अवैध शराब बिक्री को लेकर विवाद बढ़ रहा (Disputes over illicit liquor trading and sales are escalating.) है। इस विवाद को रोकने के लिए अभी तक आबकारी एवं प्रशासन के द्वारा कोई ठोस प्रयास नही किया जा (No concrete efforts are being made by the Excise and Administration) रहा है। लिहाजा यह मामला अब धीरे-धीरे तूल पकड़ (Hence, this matter is now slowly gaining momentum.) रहा है।
