Singrauli News: सिंगरौली गनियारी के अंबेडकर चौक स्थित बीजपुर मार्ग पर शनिवार को सीमेंट से लदे एक ट्रक के कारण यातायात व्यवस्था ध्वस्त हो गई। सुबह 11:30 बजे से दोपहर करीब 1:30 बजे तक वाहन चालक जाम में फंसे (Traffic was brought to a standstill by a truck loaded with cement. Motorists remained stuck in a traffic jam from 11:30 AM until around 1:30 PM.)रहे। लगभग डेढ़ किलोमीटर तक वाहनों की कतार लगने से मोटरसाइकिल, कार सहित अन्य वाहन चालकों को भारी परेशानी झेलनी (Due to the queue, drivers of motorcycles, cars and other vehicles had to face a lot of trouble.) पड़ी। सीमेंट दुकान में माल पहुंचाने आए ट्रक के प्रवेश ने नो एंट्री व्यवस्था पर गंभीर सवाल(The entry of a truck arriving to deliver goods to a cement shop has raised serious questions regarding the ‘no-entry’ restrictions.) खड़े कर दिए हैं।
स्थानीय स्तर पर आरोप लगाए जा रहे हैं कि नो एंट्री के बावजूद ट्रक को अंदर आने की अनुमति (There are allegations locally that the truck was allowed inside despite the no-entry order.) दी गई। हालांकि, इसे अनुमति किसने दी, यह स्पष्ट नहीं हो सका है। जाम खुलवाने में यातायात पुलिसकर्मियों को काफी मशक्कत (Traffic police personnel face a tough struggle to clear traffic jams.) करनी पड़ी। अंततः कोतवाली पुलिस मौके पर पहुंची, जिसके बाद किसी तरह आवागमन बहाल (Eventually, the Kotwali police arrived at the scene, after which traffic movement was somehow restored.) कराया गया।
दिलीप कुमार शुक्ला का कहना है कि नो एंट्री के दौरान ट्रक के अंदर प्रवेश करने से यह स्थिति बनी और लोगों को डेढ़ घंटे से अधिक समय तक परेशानी उठानी (This situation arose due to a truck entering the area during a ‘no-entry’ period, causing inconvenience to people for over an hour and a half.) पड़ी।
नो एंट्री में प्रवेश की अनुमति किसने दी?
घटना ने यातायात व्यवस्था की निगरानी पर सवाल खड़े कर (The incident raised questions about the monitoring of traffic arrangements.) दिए हैं। सवाल यह है कि प्रतिबंधित समय में सीमेंट लदा ट्रक किसके निर्देश पर अंदर पहुंचा और जिम्मेदारों ने समय (On whose instructions did the cement laden truck enter during the restricted time and how did the responsible people keep the time) रहते कार्रवाई क्यों नहीं की? यदि नो एंट्री के नियमों का पालन नहीं कराया गया, तो इसकी जवाबदेही किसकी होगी?
