Singrauli News: सिंगरौली में पचासा नदी पर प्रदूषण का साया; कोयला मिला पानी खेतों तक पहुंचने से किसानों की बढ़ी चिंता

Singrauli News: सिंगरौली/गजराबहरा गजराबहरा क्षेत्र से होकर गुजरने वाली पचासा नदी के पानी में कथित तौर पर कोयले के अंश मिलने का मामला (Case regarding the alleged presence of coal particles in the water of the Pachasa River.) सामने आया है। ग्रामीणों का आरोप है कि गजराबहरा रेलवे साइडिंग में काम (Villagers allege that work at Gajrabahara railway siding) कर रही वैरासिटी ट्रांसपोर्टिंग कंपनी की गतिविधियों से निकलने वाला कोयला मिश्रित पानी नदी (Coal-laden water discharged from the operations of Veracity Transporting Company into the river.) तक पहुंच रहा है। ग्रामीणों के मुताबिक नदी के पानी के साथ कोयले की परत (According to the villagers, coal layer is found along with the river water.) आसपास के खेतों तक पहुंच रही है, जिससे किसानों की फसलों को नुकसान का खतरा बढ़ (The risk of damage to farmers’ crops increases) गया है।
ग्रामीणों का कहना है कि नदी के दूषित पानी (Villagers say that the river’s contaminated water…) का असर खेतों तक पहुंचने पर कृषि उत्पादन प्रभावित (Agricultural production affected due to difficulty in reaching the fields.) हो सकता है। किसानों ने बताया कि खेती में पहले से ही खाद, बीज और अन्य लागतों का दबाव है। ऐसे में यदि प्रदूषित पानी खेतों में पहुंचता रहा तो फसल खराब होने के साथ आर्थिक नुकसान की स्थिति (If polluted water continues to reach the fields, it will lead to crop damage and financial loss.) भी बन सकती है।
मामले को लेकर ग्रामीणों ने प्रशासन से तत्काल स्थल निरीक्षण (Villagers demanded an immediate site inspection by the administration.) और निष्पक्ष जांच कराने की मांग उठाई है। उनका कहना है कि पचासा नदी में पानी पहुंचने के स्रोत की पहचान(Identification of the source of water inflow into the Pachasa River.) की जाए और यह भी जांचा जाए कि कहीं औद्योगिक या परिवहन गतिविधियों के कारण नदी का पानी प्रभावित तो नहीं हो रहा है।
ग्रामीणों ने मांग की है कि प्रशासनिक अधिकारियों की टीम मौके पर भेजकर नदी के पानी (By sending a team of administrative officers to the spot, the river water) , आसपास की जमीन और खेतों की मिट्टी के नमूने लिए जाएं। इन नमूनों की प्रयोगशाला जांच से ही प्रदूषण की वास्तविक स्थिति सामने (The actual situation of pollution can be revealed only through laboratory tests of moons.) आ सकेगी।
ग्रामीणों ने यह भी कहा कि यदि जांच में किसी कंपनी या संबंधित एजेंसी की लापरवाही (Negligence on the part of a company or related agency in the investigation) सामने आती है तो जिम्मेदारों के खिलाफ नियमानुसार कार्रवाई की जानी (Action must be taken against those responsible, in accordance with the rules.) चाहिए। फिलहाल इस पूरे मामले में वैरासिटी ट्रांसपोर्टिंग कंपनी (Vairasity Transporting Company in the entire matter) की ओर से कोई आधिकारिक पक्ष सामने नहीं आया है।
