Singrauli News: सिंगरौली रेलवे ट्रैक पर मिला NCL असिस्टेंट मैनेजर का शव, 30 वर्षीय रजत प्रताप सिंह की मौत से मचा हड़कंप; हादसा या आत्महत्या, जांच में जुटी पुलिस

Singrauli News: सिंगरौली मोरवा थाना क्षेत्र अंतर्गत सीईटीआई कॉलोनी के समीप बीते (Near CETI Colony under Singrauli Morwa police station area.) शनिवार की देर शाम रेलवे फाटक से महज 20 से 25 मीटर की दूरी पर मिले युवक के शव की पहचान हो गई (The body of a young man, found just 20 to 25 meters from the railway crossing, has been identified.) है। मृतक की पहचान 30 वर्षीय रजत प्रताप सिंह पिता शिव कुमार के रूप में हुई है। वह मूलत: बनारसी दालमंडी समिति के पीछे, जिला औरैया उ.प्र. का निवासी था तथा वर्तमान में झिंगुरदह परियोजना के एचसी-57 आवास में रह (Originally a resident of behind Banarasi Dal Mandi Committee, District Auraiya, Uttar Pradesh and currently living in HC-57 house of Jhingurdah Project.) रहा था। रजत एनसीएल में वर्ष 2017 से कार्यरत था और झिंगुरदह परियोजना के ईएंडएम विभाग में असिस्टेंट मैनेजर के पद पर पदस्थ (Posted as Assistant Manager in E&M Department of Jhingurdah Project) था।
बीते शनिवार की देर शाम रेलवे ट्रैक पर युवक का शव मिलने की सूचना पर पहुंची मोरवा पुलिस ने शव को कब्जे में लेकर शिनाख्त के प्रयास शुरू (Morwa police, who arrived on the information of a youth’s body being found on the railway track, took the body into custody and started efforts to identify it.) किए थे। मृतक की जेब से मिले एनसीएल के पहचान पत्र के आधार पर उसकी पहचान रजत प्रताप सिंह के रूप (Based on the NCL identity card found in the deceased’s pocket, he was identified as Rajat Pratap Singh.) में हुई। पहचान पत्र से उसके एनसीएल में कार्यरत होने की जानकारी (Information regarding his employment at NCL, obtained from his identity card) भी सामने आई। बताया जा रहा है कि रजत झिंगुरदह में ही निवास करता था। ऐसे में उसका सीईटीआई गेट के समीप रेलवे ट्रैक तक पहुंचना जांच का अहम विषय (His reaching the railway track near the CETI gate is a crucial aspect of the investigation.) बन गया है। वहीं मृतक के मामा शिवनंदन सिंह के मोरवा पहुंचने पर उन्होंने पुलिस को मृतक से संबंधित जानकारी दी और उसकी पहचान की पुष्टि (They provided the police with information regarding the deceased and confirmed his identity.)की। इसके बाद पुलिस ने मर्ग कायम कर परिजन की उपस्थिति में शव का पोस्टमार्टम (The police registered a case of unnatural death and conducted a post-mortem on the body in the presence of the family members.) कराया। घटना की सूचना मिलने के बाद से ही परिजन गहरे सदमे में हैं।
आत्महत्या की आशंका, मोबाइल की सीडीआर खंगाल रही पुलिस
प्रथम दृष्टया युवक की मौत ट्रेन की चपेट में आने से होना सामने आया(Prima facie, it appears that the young man died after being struck by a train.) है। हालांकि यह हादसा था या युवक ने किसी वजह से आत्मघाती कदम उठाया, इसकी पुष्टि अभी नहीं हो (It has not yet been confirmed whether it was an accident or if the young man took the drastic step of ending his own life for some reason.) सकी है। घटना को लेकर आत्महत्या की आशंका भी जताई जा रही है, लेकिन पुलिस सभी पहलुओं को ध्यान में रखकर विवेचना (But the police will investigate keeping all aspects in mind.) कर रही है। पुलिस मृतक के मोबाइल फोन की कॉल डिटेल रिकॉर्ड निकलवाकर उसकी जांच (The police are investigating the call detail records of the deceased’s mobile phone.) कर रही है। इसके माध्यम से घटना से पहले रजत ने किन लोगों से बातचीत की थी और अंतिम समय में उसकी गतिविधियां क्या थीं, इसकी जानकारी जुटाई (Information was gathered regarding his activities during his final moments.) जा रही है। झिंगुरदह में निवास करने वाले एनसीएल के एक अधिकारी की सीईटीआई गेट के समीप रेलवे ट्रैक पर किन परिस्थितियों में मौत हुई (Under what circumstances did an NCL official residing in Jhingurdah die on the railway track near the CETI gate?) , यह फिलहाल जांच का विषय बना हुआ है। पोस्टमार्टम रिपोर्ट और पुलिस की विवेचना के बाद ही घटना की वास्तविक परिस्थितियां स्पष्ट (The actual circumstances of the incident will become clear only after the post-mortem report and the police investigation.) हो सकेंगी।
