Singrauli News: सिंगरौली व्यवसायिक प्लाजा में आज नगर निगम अध्यक्ष, महापौर एवं दर्जनो पार्षदों की मौजूदगी में भौतिक सत्यापन (Physical verification conducted today at the Singrauli Commercial Plaza in the presence of the Municipal Corporation Chairperson, the Mayor, and dozens of councilors.) किया गया। इस दौरान लीजधारक और किरायेदार व्यापारी भी उपस्थित (The leaseholder and the tenant trader were also present.) रहे। भौतिक सत्यापन की प्रक्रिया पूरी होने के बाद प्लाजा के पुनर्निर्माण की उम्मीद बढ़ (After the completion of the physical verification process, hopes of rebuilding the plaza increase.) गई है।
आज लिए गए निर्णय के बाद अब शुक्रवार को निगम में परिषद की बैठक में प्रस्ताव पारित होने की संभावना जताई (Following the decision taken today, it is expected that a resolution will be passed during the municipal council meeting on Friday.) जा रही है। प्रस्ताव को मंजूरी मिलने पर पब्लिक-प्राइवेट पार्टनरशिप (PPP) मोड के तहत व्यवसायिक प्लाजा के पुनर्निर्माण का रास्ता खुल सकता (The path could open for the redevelopment of commercial plazas under the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) mode.) है।
इस पहल से प्लाजा के व्यवस्थित पुनर्विकास और व्यापारिक गतिविधियों को बेहतर बनाने की उम्मीद है (Expected to lead to the systematic redevelopment of the plaza and an improvement in commercial activities) । हालांकि, पुनर्निर्माण की दिशा में अगला कदम परिषद की बैठक में प्रस्ताव पारित होने और आगे की प्रक्रिया पूरी होने पर निर्भर करेगा (It will depend on the resolution being passed and the subsequent process being completed.) ।
