Breaking News: G7 मंच से PM मोदी का सख्त संदेश; सुरक्षित समुद्री रास्तों और भारतीय नाविकों की सुरक्षा पर दुनिया से एकजुट होने की अपील
Breaking News: PM मोदी ने G7 समिट में ट्रंप के सामने भारतीय नाविकों की सेफ्टी का मुद्दा (The issue of the safety of Indian seafarers) उठाया। उन्होंने इस बात पर जोर दिया कि समुद्री ट्रेड रूट सभी नाविकों के लिए पूरी तरह सेफ (Maritime trade routes are completely safe for all sailors) होने चाहिए।
प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने फ्रांस के एवियन (Prime Minister Narendra Modi has visited France’s Evian) में G7 समिट में अपनी मजबूत मौजूदगी दर्ज (Marked a strong presence at the G7 Summit.) कराई है। उन्होंने अमेरिकी प्रेसिडेंट डोनाल्ड ट्रंप (US President Donald Trump) और दूसरे ग्लोबल लीडर्स के सामने ओमान की खाड़ी में हाल (Situation in the Gulf of Oman in front of global leaders) ही में हुए हमले का बहुत गंभीर मुद्दा उठाया है। इस भयानक हमले में तीन भारतीय नाविकों की दुखद मौत (Tragic death of three Indian sailors in a horrific attack.) हो गई, जिससे पूरे देश में गुस्सा और गहरी चिंता (deep concern) है।
PM मोदी ने इस प्लेटफॉर्म से साफ (Cleared from the platform) किया कि ग्लोबल समुद्री ट्रेड के सुचारू कामकाज (Smooth functioning of global maritime trade) के लिए समुद्री रास्तों को सुरक्षित करना बहुत जरूरी (Securing maritime routes is crucial.) है। कॉन्फ्रेंस के स्पेशल सेशन को संबोधित (Addressed the special session of the conference.) करते हुए, प्रधानमंत्री ने होर्मुज स्ट्रेट में समुद्री ट्रेड में गंभीर रुकावटों (The Prime Minister has expressed concern over the serious disruptions to maritime trade in the Strait of Hormuz.) पर गहरी चिंता जताई। उन्होंने कहा, “इस रुकावट ने न केवल ग्लोबल इकॉनमी को भारी नुकसान (The disruption not only caused massive damage to the global economy…) पहुंचाया है, बल्कि कई बेगुनाह भारतीय नागरिकों की जान (lives of innocent Indian citizens) भी ली है।” शांति की कोशिशों का स्वागत
अपने भाषण में, PM मोदी ने वेस्ट एशिया में हो रही अलग-अलग शांति की कोशिशों (Various peace efforts underway in West Asia) और पॉज़िटिव प्रोग्रेस का खुले दिल से स्वागत (Wholehearted welcome to positive progress.) किया है। हालांकि, उन्होंने इस लड़ाई की वजह से इस इलाके के साथी देशों में हुए जान-माल के भारी नुकसान पर अपना गहरा दुख भी साफ़ तौर पर ज़ाहिर (Also clearly expressed deep sorrow over the massive loss of life and property.) किया। उनका मानना है कि ‘स्ट्रेट ऑफ़ होर्मुज’ जैसे खास रास्तों पर ट्रेड में रुकावटें सीधे तौर पर पूरी ग्लोबल इकॉनमी पर बुरा असर डाल (The disruptions directly impact the entire global economy.) रही हैं। इसलिए, इंटरनेशनल कम्युनिटी को मिलकर (together with the international community) यह पक्का करना चाहिए कि भविष्य में ऐसे ज़रूरी ट्रेड रास्तों पर ऐसी कोई अनहोनी (Any such untoward incident on such vital trade routes in the future…) दोबारा न हो।
ग्लोबल साउथ की अहम भूमिका
अपने अहम भाषण के दौरान, प्रधानमंत्री मोदी ने ग्लोबल साउथ के डेवलपिंग देशों की जायज़ चिंताओं को भी बड़े इंटरनेशनल मंच (The legitimate concerns of the developing countries of the Global South are also being addressed on a larger international platform.) पर खास तौर पर उठाया। उन्होंने साफ़ शब्दों में कहा कि ये डेवलपिंग देश ग्लोबल डेवलपमेंट (Said in clear words that these developing countries are working towards global development.) के मामले में ताकतवर देशों से सिर्फ़ इकॉनमिक या टेक्निकल मदद की उम्मीद बिल्कुल (One should certainly expect only economic or technical assistance from powerful nations.) नहीं करते।
इसके बजाय वे ग्लोबल डेवलपमेंट के इस पूरे सफ़र में बराबर (Instead, they are equal partners in this entire journey of global development.) और एक्टिव हिस्सेदारी (Active participation) चाहते हैं ताकि वे भी दुनिया के डेवलपमेंट में अपना अहम योगदान (Significant contribution to global development) दे सकें। G7 प्लेटफॉर्म से PM मोदी का बड़ा बयान एक नए वर्ल्ड ऑर्डर, मज़बूत इंटरनेशनल सहयोग (Strong international cooperation) और भरोसे के प्रति भारत के साफ़ रुख को दिखाता (It demonstrates India’s clear stance on trust.) है।
