Singrauli Breaking News: सिंगरौली जनपद पंचायत बैढ़न अंतर्गत (Under the Baidhan Janpad Panchayat, Singrauli) खुटार स्थित बकरी बाजार में निकासी शुल्क (Exit fee at the Goat Market) के नाम पर कथित अवैध वसूली के आरोप (Allegations of illegal extortion in the name of…) सामने आने के बाद मामला चर्चा का विषय (The matter is a topic of discussion.) बन गया है। स्थानीय लोगों का आरोप (Locals allege) है कि बाजार से बकरियों की निकासी के दौरान प्रति पशु 50 से 100 रुपये तक वसूले जा रहे हैं। वहीं कुछ वाहन चालकों (Meanwhile, some motorists…) का कहना है कि उनसे 800 से 1000 रुपये तक की राशि भी ली जाती है। इस कथित वसूली को लेकर बाजार (Market abuzz over alleged extortion) में तरह-तरह की चर्चाएं हैं और लोगों में नाराजगी बढ़ (Resentment among the people has grown.) रही है।
स्थानीय नागरिकों (Local citizens) का यह भी दावा है कि कुछ लोग पुलिस का नाम लेकर भी पैसे वसूलने की बात (Some people are even talking about extorting money by invoking the name of the police.) कहते हैं।
हालांकि इस संबंध में पुलिस की ओर से कोई आधिकारिक पुष्टि नहीं हुई (There has been no official confirmation from the police regarding this matter.) है। यदि ऐसे आरोप सही पाए जाते हैं, तो यह गंभीर जांच का विषय माना (Considered a matter for serious investigation.) जाएगा। मामले में उस समय नया मोड़ आ गया जब ग्राम पंचायत खुटार की सरपंच सरिता पनिका से जानकारी ली गई। सरपंच ने स्पष्ट कहा कि ग्राम पंचायत द्वारा बकरी बाजार में निकासी शुल्क वसूली (Collection of exit fees at the goat market by the Gram Panchayat.) के लिए किसी प्रकार का टेंडर जारी नहीं किया (Did not issue any kind of tender.) गया है। ऐसे में यह सवाल उठ रहा है कि यदि पंचायत ने कोई अधिकृत व्यवस्था नहीं की, तो आखिर किसके निर्देश पर और किस अधिकार से यह वसूली (After all, on whose instructions and by what authority is this recovery being made?) की जा रही है।
स्थानीय लोगों का कहना (Locals say) है कि बिना वैध अनुमति के इस तरह की वसूली नियमों के विरुद्ध (Such collection without valid permission is against the rules.) है और इससे पशुपालकों व व्यापारियों पर अतिरिक्त आर्थिक बोझ (This will put additional financial burden on livestock farmers and traders.) पड़ रहा है। नागरिकों ने जिला प्रशासन से पूरे मामले की निष्पक्ष जांच कर दोषियों की पहचान (Citizens have urged the district administration to conduct an impartial inquiry into the entire matter and identify the guilty.) करने, अवैध वसूली पर तत्काल रोक लगाने तथा जिम्मेदार लोगों के विरुद्ध नियमानुसार कार्रवाई (Immediate halt to illegal extortion and action against those responsible, in accordance with the rules.) करने की मांग की है। प्रशासनिक जांच के बाद ही आरोपों की सत्यता स्पष्ट (The veracity of the allegations will become clear only after an administrative inquiry.) हो सकेगी।
