Singrauli News: सिंगरौली में विस्थापितों को योग्यता-कौशल के आधार पर रोजगार देने पर कलेक्टर गौरव बैनल का जोर

Singrauli News: सिंगरौली कलेक्टर (Singrauli Collector) गौरव बैनल ने समय-सीमा बैठक के दौरान औद्योगिक कंपनियों से संबंधित प्राप्त होने वाले प्रकरणों के निराकरण की समीक्षा (Review of the resolution of cases pertaining to industrial companies.) की।कलेक्टर ने बैठक में उपस्थित औद्योगिक कंपनियों के प्रतिनिधियों को निर्देशित किया कि कंपनियों से संबंधित लंबित प्रकरणों एवं शिकायतों (The Collector directed the representatives of the industrial companies present in the meeting to resolve the pending cases and complaints related to the companies.) का संबंधित व्यक्तियों से संपर्क कर समय-सीमा में निराकरण सुनिश्चित (Ensure resolution within the timeframe by contacting the concerned individuals.) करें। उन्होंने कहा कि विस्थापितों से संबंधित प्रकरणों में संवेदनशीलता के साथ कार्य करते हुए उन्हें शासन द्वारा निर्धारित मापदंडों (Dealing with sensitivity in matters related to displaced persons, they should be provided assistance as per the norms set by the government.) के अनुसार मुआवजा एवं अन्य देय लाभ उपलब्ध कराए जाएं तथा मूलभूत सुविधाओं की व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित (Compensation and other due benefits should be provided in accordance with the rules, and the provision of basic amenities must be ensured.) की जाए।
कलेक्टर ने निर्देशित किया कि औद्योगिक कंपनियां विस्थापितों को केवल भत्ते तक सीमित (The Collector directed that industrial companies limit their support for displaced persons to allowances only.) न रखते हुए उनकी शैक्षणिक योग्यता एवं कौशल के अनुरूप रोजगार के अवसर उपलब्ध कराएं। उन्होंने कहा कि आवश्यकता के अनुसार विस्थापितों को रोजगारपरक कौशल प्रशिक्षण (Provide employment opportunities aligned with educational qualifications and skills. He stated that employment-oriented skill training should be provided to the displaced persons according to requirements.) भी उपलब्ध कराया जाए, ताकि उन्हें स्थानीय स्तर पर रोजगार के स्थायी अवसर प्राप्त हो सके। साथ ही रोजगार के अवसरों में महिला कार्यबल की भागीदारी बढ़ाने के लिए भी आवश्यक पहल (Necessary initiatives to increase women’s workforce participation in employment opportunities.) करने के निर्देशित किया। बैठक में जिले की औद्योगिक कंपनियों के प्रतिनिधि एवं संबंधित अधिकारी मौजूद रहे।
