Singrauli News: सिंगरौली जिले में किसानों के हितों को लेकर कलेक्टर अंकित अस्थाना ने अधिकारियों को सख्त निर्देश दिए हैं (Collector Ankit Asthana has issued strict instructions to the officials.) । कृषि, उद्यानिकी, पशुपालन और मत्स्य विभाग की समीक्षा बैठक में उन्होंने किसानों की आमदनी बढ़ाने से लेकर खाद-बीज की कालाबाजारी रोकने तक कई अहम मुद्दों पर विभागीय अधिकारियों को जिम्मेदारी तय करने के निर्देश (He instructed departmental officials to fix accountability regarding several key issues, ranging from increasing farmers’ income to curbing the black marketing of fertilizers and seeds.) दिए।
खेती में बदलाव से बढ़ेगी किसानों की आमदनी
बैठक में कलेक्टर ने कहा कि किसानों को पारंपरिक खेती के साथ फसल विविधीकरण के लिए प्रोत्साहित किया जाए (Farmers should be encouraged to adopt crop diversification alongside traditional farming.) । ऐसी फसलों की खेती को बढ़ावा दिया जाए, जिनसे किसानों को बेहतर आर्थिक लाभ मिल सके (The cultivation of crops that can provide better economic returns to farmers should be encouraged.) । कृषि के साथ उद्यानिकी, पशुपालन और मत्स्य पालन के माध्यम से भी किसानों की आय बढ़ाने के प्रयास किए जाएं।
खाद-बीज की कालाबाजारी पर FIR की चेतावनी!
किसानों को खाद और बीज के लिए परेशान न होना पड़े, इसके लिए कलेक्टर ने समय पर उपलब्धता और गुणवत्ता सुनिश्चित (The Collector ensured timely availability and quality.) करने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने संबंधित अधिकारियों को नियमित निरीक्षण और जांच करने को कहा, ताकि बाजार में खाद-बीज की आपूर्ति और वितरण व्यवस्था पारदर्शी (He instructed the concerned officials to conduct regular inspections and checks, so that the supply and distribution system for fertilizers and seeds in the market remains transparent.) बनी रहे।
कलेक्टर ने साफ निर्देश दिए कि खाद-बीज की कालाबाजारी, अवैध भंडारण अथवा वितरण में अनियमितता पाए जाने पर संबंधित (Clear instructions were given that if any irregularity is found in the black marketing, illegal storage or distribution of fertilizers and seeds, the concerned) विक्रेताओं के खिलाफ FIR दर्ज कराई जाए। साथ ही दोषी पाए जाने वाले विक्रेताओं के लाइसेंस निरस्त करने की कार्रवाई (Action to revoke vendors’ licenses) भी की जाए।
अब कार्रवाई का इंतजार
कलेक्टर के इन निर्देशों के बाद कृषि विभाग और संबंधित अधिकारियों की जिम्मेदारी बढ़ (After the instructions, the responsibility of the Agriculture Department and the concerned officials increased.) गई है। अब देखना होगा कि जिले में खाद-बीज विक्रेताओं की जांच कितनी प्रभावी होती है और किसानों को समय पर उचित दर पर गुणवत्तापूर्ण सामग्री (How effective are the inspections of fertilizer and seed vendors in the district, and are farmers receiving quality supplies on time and at fair prices?) उपलब्ध कराने के लिए जमीन पर क्या कदम उठाए जाते हैं।
सवाल साफ है—क्या अब किसानों को खाद-बीज के लिए भटकना नहीं पड़ेगा और कालाबाजारी करने वालों पर वास्तव में कार्रवाई (There will be no need to wander around, and genuine action will be taken against those involved in black marketing.) होगी?
