Matka Water Cooling Tips: गर्मी का मौसम आते ही ठंडा पानी पीने (As soon as the summer season arrives, drinking cold water…) का मन करने लगता है। ऐसे में मटके का ठंडा (In such a situation, the coolness of the earthen pot) और मीठा पानी पीने का अलग ही सुकून होता (There would be peace.) है। तेज धूप और बढ़ते तापमान (Rising Temperatures) के बीच लोग फिर से पारंपरिक तरीकों की ओर लौट (Returning to traditional methods) रहे हैं, और मटके में पानी रख (Keep water in the earthen pot.) रहे हैं। मिट्टी का मटका न सिर्फ पानी को प्राकृतिक रूप से ठंडा (Naturally cool) रखता है, बल्कि इसमें मौजूद खनिज तत्व पानी को सेहतमंद (Making Water Healthy) भी बनाते हैं।
हालांकि कई बार शिकायत (Bar Complaint) रहती है कि मटके का पानी पहले जैसा ठंडा नहीं रहता (The water in the earthen pot doesn’t stay as cold as it used to.) । ऐसे में कुछ आसान घरेलू उपाय अपनाकर आप दिनभर मटके (You can stay fit all day long by adopting simple home remedies.) का पानी बर्फ जैसा ठंडा (The water is ice-cold.) रख सकते हैं। इससे आपको फ्रिज पर भी निर्भर नहीं रहना पड़ेगा (You won’t have to rely on a fridge either.) ।
मटके को सही जगह पर रखें
सबसे पहले मटके को हमेशा ठंडी (Always keep the pot cool) , छायादार (Shady) और हवादार जगह पर रखें (Keep in a well-ventilated place.) । अगर मटका सीधे धूप में रखा जाएगा (The earthen pot will be placed in direct sunlight.) तो उसका पानी जल्दी गर्म हो (Heats up quickly) जाएगा। ऐसे में घर के कोने का सही से चुनाव करें जहां उसे हवा भी मिले (Choose a location where it also receives airflow.) और धूप भी न मिले।
गीले कपड़े से लपेटें (Wrap with a wet cloth.) अगर आप ज्यादा ठंडा पानी पीना (Drinking excessively cold water) चाहते हैं तो मटके के ऊपर साफ गीला सूती या फिर जूट का कपड़ा लपेट (Wrap a wet cotton or jute cloth around it.) दें। कपड़े में मौजूद पानी जब वाष्पित (When water evaporates…) होता है, तो मटके की सतह को ठंडा (Cooling the surface of the earthen pot) करता है, जिससे अंदर का पानी ज्यादा देर तक ठंडा बना (Remained cool until then.) रहता है।
गीली जूट की बोरी का इस्तेमाल करें
मटके को गीली जूट की बोरी से ढकने (Covering the earthen pot with a wet jute sack) से उसकी सतह पर नमी बनी (Moisture persisted on the surface.) रहती है। यह नमी धीरे-धीरे वाष्पित होकर मटके (The moisture slowly evaporates and leaves the pot.) को लगातार ठंडा (Continuously cold) रखती है और पानी ताजा बना रहता है।
बार-बार छूने से बचें
मटके को बार-बार छूने (Repeatedly touching the earthen pot) से शरीर की गर्मी उसमें ट्रांसफर (Transfer of body heat into it) हो जाती है, ऐसे में पानी का तापमान बढ़ (Water temperature rises.) सकता है। बेहतर है कि मटके में नल या फिर अलग हैंडल का उपयोग (Using a Tap or a Separate Handle in an Earthen Pot) करें।
