Rewa News: रीवा में सड़कों पर गोवंश का आतंक, दो कैटल कैचर वाहन खराब और गोपालकों पर एक भी एफआईआर नहीं; हादसों का खतरा बरकरार

Rewa News: रीवा शहर की सड़कों पर खुले घूमते गोवंश वाहन चालकों और राहगीरों के लिए परेशानी(Cattle roaming freely on the streets of Rewa city pose a problem for motorists and pedestrians.) के साथ हादसों का खतरा भी बढ़ा रहे हैं। इसके बावजूद गोवंश को खुला छोड़ने वाले पशुपालकों पर अब तक एफआईआर दर्ज नहीं (No FIRs have been registered yet against cattle owners who leave their livestock to roam freely.) होने और नगर निगम की व्यवस्था कमजोर पड़ने से समस्या का स्थायी समाधान नहीं (Weaknesses in the municipal corporation’s systems prevent a permanent solution to the problem.) हो पा रहा है।
तीन में से दो वाहन खराब
नगर निगम की जिम्मेदारी निराश्रित गोवंश को पकड़कर गौशाला पहुंचाने (It is the responsibility of the municipal corporation to capture stray cattle and transport them to a *ga) ushala* (cow shelter).की है। लक्ष्मणबाग गौशाला में फिलहाल 615 गोवंश रखे गए हैं। इन्हें पकड़ने के लिए उपलब्ध तीन वाहनों में से दो खराब बताए (Two of the three vehicles available for the apprehension were reported to be out of order.) जा रहे हैं। इससे रेस्क्यू अभियान प्रभावित हो रहा है और सड़कों पर घूम रहे मवेशियों को हटाने में परेशानी (The rescue operation is being hampered, and there are difficulties in removing cattle roaming on the roads.) आ रही है।
नियम हैं, लेकिन कार्रवाई नहीं

नगर निगम के सामने चुनौती
हादसों का खतरा कम करने के लिए खराब वाहनों की मरम्मत, नियमित रेस्क्यू अभियान और जिम्मेदार पशुपालकों की पहचान (Repairing faulty vehicles, conducting regular rescue operations, and identifying responsible livestock owners to reduce the risk of accidents.) कर नियमानुसार कार्रवाई जरूरी है। घायल और बीमार गोवंश को समय पर गौशाला पहुंचाने के साथ संबंधित विभागों के बीच बेहतर समन्वय (Ensuring the timely transport of injured and sick cattle to a *gaushala* (cow shelter), along with better coordination among the relevant departments.) भी आवश्यक है।
स्वास्थ्य अधिकारी का बयान: नगर निगम के स्वास्थ्य अधिकारी मुरारी कुमार के अनुसार, एक वाहन मरम्मत के (According to municipal health officer Murari Kumar, a vehicle was taken for repair) लिए गया है। इसके बावजूद प्रतिदिन 4 से 6 मवेशियों को लक्ष्मणबाग गौशाला पहुंचाया जा रहा है। उन्होंने यह भी बताया कि अभी तक किसी गोपालक के खिलाफ कार्रवाई नहीं (It was also stated that no action has been taken against any cattle keeper so far.) हुई है।
