Singrauli Breaking News: सिंगरौली नगर निगम (Singrauli Municipal Corporation) के वार्ड क्रमांक 41 स्थित कैलाश कॉलोनी में विकास के दावों की हकीकत सड़क पर साफ दिखाई (The reality behind the claims of development in Kailash Colony (Ward No. 41) is clearly visible on the roads.) दे रही है। यहां की सड़कें ऐसी हालत में पहुंच चुकी (The roads have reached such a state.) हैं कि लोगों को समझ नहीं आता कि वे सड़क पर चल (People do not understand that they are walking on the road) रहे हैं या किसी तालाब के किनारे।
स्थानीय लोगों का तंज (taunts from locals) है कि शायद यही वह “विकास की गंगा” है जिसकी चर्चा जिम्मेदार जनप्रतिनिधि (…which is being discussed by responsible public representatives) करते हैं। वार्ड के नागरिकों का कहना है कि पार्षद (Citizens of the ward say that the councilor) अर्जुन गुप्ता, महापौर रानी अग्रवाल, नगर निगम अध्यक्ष देवेश पांडे तथा वरिष्ठ जनप्रतिनिधि राम निवास शाह के नेतृत्व में विकास (Development under the leadership of senior public representative Ram Niwas Shah) की ऐसी धारा बह रही है कि सड़क को ही तालाब में तब्दील कर (Turning the road into a pond) दिया गया है।
बरसात शुरू होते ही सड़क पर बने विशाल गड्ढों में पानी भर (There is water in the huge potholes on the road.) जाता है और पूरा मार्ग मिनी तालाब का रूप ले (The entire road turned into a small pond.) लेता है। राहगीर, स्कूली बच्चे, बुजुर्ग और दोपहिया वाहन चालक रोजाना जोखिम उठाकर आवागमन करने को मजबूर हैं। लेकिन जिम्मेदारों की नजर शायद अब तक इस बदहाल व्यवस्था पर नहीं (Perhaps those responsible have not yet turned their attention to this dilapidated system.) पड़ी है।
करोड़ों रुपये विकास कार्यों पर खर्च होने के दावे (Claims of crores of rupees being spent on development works) किए जाते हैं, लेकिन कैलाश कॉलोनी की सड़कें इन दावों की पोल खोल रही हैं। जनता सवाल पूछ रही है कि आखिर सड़क बनाने के लिए खर्च किया गया पैसा (The public is asking where the money spent on road construction actually went.) कहां गया और वर्षों से जलभराव व गड्ढों की समस्या का समाधान क्यों नहीं (Why hasn’t the problem of waterlogging and potholes been resolved for years?) किया गया?
यदि यही विकास मॉडल (This very development model) है तो आने वाले समय में शायद सड़कों की जगह पूरे शहर में तालाब ही नजर (In the future, perhaps instead of roads, ponds will be seen all over the city.) आएं। फिलहाल वार्ड क्रमांक 41 की जनता विकास के दावों और जमीनी हकीकत के बीच फंसी हुई (The public is caught between claims of development and ground reality.) है और जिम्मेदारों से जवाब मांग रही (Demanding answers from those responsible.) है।
