Singrauli News: सिंगरौली के बगदरा कला में सागौन कटाई पर मचा बवाल, ग्रामीणों ने लकड़ी पकड़े जाने का किया दावा; वन विभाग ने आरोपों पर जताई अलग बात

Singrauli News: सिंगरौली चितरंगी वन परिक्षेत्र के ग्राम बगदरा कला में सागौन के पेड़ों की कथित अवैध कटाई का मामला सामने आया (A case of alleged illegal felling of teak trees has come to light in the village of Bagdara Kalan.) है। ग्रामीणों ने बुधवार की सुबह मौके पर कार्रवाई करते हुए काटी गई लकड़ी पकड़वाने का दावा किया है (They have claimed to have seized the felled timber by taking action on the spot.) । ग्रामीणों का आरोप है कि लंबे समय से जंगल में पेड़ों की कटाई कराकर लकड़ी बाहर भेजी जा रही (For a long time, trees have been felled in the forest and the timber transported out.) थी और इस पूरे मामले में वनकर्मियों की मिलीभगत (Collusion of forest department personnel in the entire matter.) रही है। जबकि वनपरिक्षेत्र अधिकारी ने उनके इस आरोपो को खारिज करते हुये ग्रामीणों पर ही आरोप मढ़ (The Forest Range Officer dismissed his allegations and blamed the villagers.) दिया है।
ग्रामीणों के मुताबिक मौके पर बड़ी संख्या में सागौन के पेड़ काटे जाने के प्रमाण (According to the evidence of cutting of a large number of teak trees at the spot) मिले हैं। उनका कहना है कि जंगल की सुरक्षा की जिम्मेदारी जिन कर्मचारियों (The employees responsible for protecting the forest) पर है, उन्हीं की कथित मिलीभगत से यह गतिविधि संचालित होने की आशंका (Suspicion that this activity is being conducted through alleged collusion.) है। हालांकि इन आरोपों की विभागीय स्तर पर पुष्टि होना अभी बाकी (These allegations are yet to be confirmed at the departmental level.) है। ग्रामीणों ने मामले की निष्पक्ष जांच के साथ जंगल के पुराने और वर्तमान फोटो-वीडियो रिकॉर्ड (The villagers have demanded an impartial investigation into the matter, along with old and current photo and video records of the forest.) की जांच कराने की मांग की है। उनका कहना है कि इससे स्पष्ट हो सकेगा कि संबंधित क्षेत्र में कितने पेड़ काटे गए (This will make it clear how many trees were cut down in the concerned area.) और कितने समय से कटाई चल रही थी। साथ ही पकड़ी गई लकड़ी की भी जांच कर स्रोत और कटाई स्थल का सत्यापन कराने के साथ ग्रामीणों ने जिम्मेदार (Along with verifying the source and felling site of the seized timber, the villagers held those responsible accountable.) लोगों पर कार्रवाई और जंगल की निगरानी व्यवस्था मजबूत करने की मांग (Demand for action against individuals and strengthening of the forest surveillance system.) की है।
इनका कहना:-
बगदरा कला के वन भूमि पर कब्जा करने वालों के विरूद्ध पिछले दिनों से अतिक्रमण हटाने की कार्रवाई की जा (Action has been taken to remove encroachment against those occupying forest land since the past few days.) रही है। संभावना है कि इसी कार्रवाई से नाराज होकर ग्रामीणों ने ही 14 वर्ष से लगे प्लांटटेशन के करीब डेढ़ दर्जन सागौन के पेड़ों को आधी रात के समय काटा (It is suspected that, angered by this action, villagers themselves cut down about a dozen and a half teak trees—part of a plantation established 14 years ago—in the middle of the night.) गया है। जांच कराई जा रही है।
