Singrauli News: सरकार के सख्त निर्देशों के बावजूद (Despite strict government instructions देवसर इलाके के समदा में कंपोजिट दुकान आबकारी नियमों का उल्लंघन कर धंधा (Composite shop in Samda doing business in violation of excise rules) कर रही है। स्थानीय ग्रामीणों (Local villagers) के मुताबिक, यहां न सिर्फ शराब की ब्लैक मार्केटिंग हो (There should be black marketing of liquor.) रही है, बल्कि दुकान के आसपास का माहौल भी पूरी तरह से खराब (The atmosphere around the shop is also completely खराब.) हो गया है।
आरोप है कि यहां से शराब की अवैध खेप (It is alleged that illegal liquor consignment was being transported from here.) आस-पास के गांवों में भेजी जा रही है। इससे ग्रामीण इलाकों में नशे का ग्राफ (The Graph of Drug Abuse in Rural Areas) बढ़ रहा है और युवा पीढ़ी इसका शिकार (The younger generation falls victim to this.) हो रही है। दुकान पर कोई सरकारी रेट लिस्ट (Is there an official price list at the shop?) नहीं लगी है। ग्राहकों से मनमाने दाम वसूलने की शिकायतें आम (Complaints of charging arbitrary prices from customers are common) हो गई हैं। बिना रेट लिस्ट के शराब बेचना सीधे तौर पर आबकारी नियमों का उल्लंघन (Violation of Excise Rules) है। साथ ही, शराब की दुकान के ठीक बगल और सामने मीट-मछली की दुकानें सज (Meat and fish shops are set up in front.) रही हैं। नतीजतन, गंदगी का ढेर लगा हुआ (A heap of filth) है और आने-जाने वालों, खासकर महिलाओं और बच्चों को भारी परेशानी होती (Children face severe difficulties.) है। हैरानी की बात यह है कि यह सब खुलेआम हो रहा (Happening openly) है। गांववालों का कहना है कि दुकान के सामने खुलेआम मीट की बिक्री और गांवों में शराब की गैर-कानूनी सप्लाई (Illegal Supply of Liquor in Villages) से सामाजिक माहौल खराब (Deteriorating social atmosphere) हो रहा है।
