Singrauli News: सिंगरौली जिला मुख्यालय बैढ़न के लीड कॉलेज के चर्चित (The well-known [figure/entity] from the Lead College in Waidhan, the headquarters of Singrauli district.) प्राचार्य डॉ. एमयू सिद्धिक्की का तबादला होने के दो महीने बाद भी प्रभार यहां का नही सौपा (Even two months after the transfer, the charge here has not been handed over.) है और न ही जेम पोर्टल समेत अन्य का आईडी-पासवर्ड दिया है। हालांकि इस बीच स्थानांतरित प्राचार्य बीमारी बताकर अवकाश (Principal transferred mid-term; on leave citing illness.) पर थे, जबकि वे तबादला रोकवाने भोपाल के साथ-साथ जबलपुर उच्च न्यायालय (Approaching both the Bhopal and Jabalpur High Courts to halt the transfer.) तक भाग-दौड़ कर रहे थे। डबल बैंच से भी राहत नही (No relief even from the Division Bench.) मिली।
दरअसल लीड कॉलेज बैढ़न (Lead College, Baidhan) के प्राचार्य डॉ. एमयू सिद्धिक्की कटनी जिले के बोहरीबंद कॉलेज के लिए कई साल पहले भी हुआ था, लेकिन 30 अप्रैल को उच्च न्यायालय के दखल (High Court’s intervention) के बाद उन्हें उच्च शिक्षा विभाग से बोहरीबंद कॉलेज (He was appointed as the Chairman of Bohribandh College by the Higher Education Department.) जाने के लिए निर्देश मिला। इस बीच वे मेडिकल अवकाश पर चले (Went on medical leave) गये। सूत्र बताते हैं कि वे तबादला रोकवाने के लिए हर संभव प्रयास (Every possible effort to halt the transfer.) किये, अंतत: उच्च न्यायालय जबलपुर के डबल बैंच से भी स्थानांतरित प्राचार्य (Principal transferred following the Jabalpur High Court’s Division Bench order.) को राहत नही मिली, लेकिन महाविद्यालय के सूत्रों के अनुसार प्रोफेसर एवं प्रभारी प्राचार्य (However, according to college sources, the professor and in-charge principal…) डॉ. एमयू सिद्धिक्की ने महाविद्यालय के प्रभार के साथ-साथ जेम पोर्टल समेत अन्य का पासवर्ड-आईडी प्रभारी प्राचार्य को नही सौपा (The password and ID of the other person were not handed over to the Principal-in-charge.) है, जिससे महाविद्यालय का कामकाज प्रभावित (College operations affected.) हो रहा है। जबकि लीड कॉलेज से जिले के 9 महाविद्यालयों का मॉनिटरिंग (Monitoring of nine colleges in the district from the lead college.) यही से होती है। फिलहाल स्थानांतरित प्रोफेसर एवं प्रभारी प्राचार्य (Currently Transferred Professor and Principal-in-Charge) , अब तक प्रभार क्यों नही दिये, इस पर भी तरह-तरह की चर्चाएं (…sparked all sorts of discussions as well.) की जा रही है।
इनका कहना
महाविद्यालय का प्रभार अभी तक नही मिला (I have not yet received charge of the college.) और न ही जेम पोर्टल समेत अन्य का भी आईडी-पासवर्ड भी नही मिला (IDs and passwords for the GeM portal and others have not been received either.) है। यहां से स्थानांतरित प्रभारी प्राचार्य को समस्त प्रभार (All charges to the transferred in-charge Principal) देने के लिए दो बार पत्राचार किया (Corresponded twice.) गया है, लेकिन उसका कोई जवाब नही आया है। कामकाज प्रभावित (Operations affected) हो रहा है।
