Singrauli News: सिंगरौली में बारिश का कहर; खाखन पुल पर चढ़ा पानी, NH-39 पर थम गई गाड़ियों की रफ्तार

Singrauli News: सीधी-सिंगरौली राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग-39 पर खाखन पुल के ऊपर पानी बहने (Water flowing over the Khakhan Bridge on the Sidhi-Singrauli National Highway-39) से रविवार को आवागमन पूरी तरह ठप हो (Movement should come to a complete halt on Sunday.) गया। अतिवृष्टि के कारण पुल पर जलस्तर बढ़ने के बाद सुरक्षा के मद्देनजर वाहनों की आवाजाही रोक (Due to heavy rains, the movement of vehicles was stopped for safety reasons after the water level on the bridge increased.) दी गई। इससे हाईवे के दोनों ओर वाहनों की लंबी कतारें लग गईं और यात्रियों को परेशानी का सामना (Long queues of vehicles formed on both sides of the highway, and travelers faced difficulties.) करना पड़ा।
बारिश के दौरान खाखन पुल पर पानी बढ़ने की स्थिति (Rising water levels at Khakhan Bridge during the rains.)ने एक बार फिर सीधी-सिंगरौली राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग-39 की निर्माण व्यवस्था पर सवाल खड़े (Questions raised once again regarding the construction of the Sidhi-Singrauli National Highway-39.) कर दिए हैं। स्थानीय लोगों का कहना है कि बरसात के दिनों में इस हिस्से में आवागमन प्रभावित (Locals say that movement in this area is affected during the rainy season.) होने की समस्या नई नहीं है। इसके बावजूद स्थायी समाधान अब तक नहीं हो सका।
13 साल से निर्माणाधीन हाईवे
ग्रामीणों के अनुसार सीधी-सिंगरौली राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग-39 का निर्माण (According to the villagers, construction of Sidhi-Singrauli National Highway-39) करीब 13 वर्षों से चल रहा है, लेकिन सड़क का काम अभी तक पूरी तरह पूरा नहीं हो पाया है। खाखन में नया पुल भी लंबे समय से निर्माणाधीन (A new bridge in Khakhan has also been under construction for a long time.) है। पुल अधूरा होने के कारण पुराने पुल (The old bridge was demolished due to the incompleteness of the bridge.) से ही वाहनों का आवागमन कराया जा रहा है। अतिवृष्टि के दौरान इसी पुल के ऊपर पानी आने से यातायात बंद (Traffic halted as water flowed over this very bridge during heavy rainfall.) हो गया।
बारिश ने सामने ला दी जमीनी हकीकत
स्थानीय लोगों ने कहा कि करोड़ों रुपये की लागत से सड़क और पुल निर्माण (Construction of roads and bridges at a cost of crores of rupees.) के बावजूद यदि बारिश में राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग पर यातायात बंद हो जाए तो निर्माण कार्य की गति और गुणवत्ता (However, if the traffic on the National Highway is stopped during rains, the speed and quality of construction work will be affected.) पर सवाल उठना स्वाभाविक है। ग्रामीणों का कहना है कि वर्षों से निर्माण पूरा होने का इंतजार किया (Waited for years for the construction to be completed.) जा रहा है, लेकिन हर बारिश व्यवस्था की कमजोरियां उजागर कर देती है। फिलहाल जलस्तर कम होने और मार्ग सुरक्षित होने के बाद ही यातायात बहाल होने की उम्मीद (Traffic is expected to resume only after water levels recede and the route becomes safe.) है।
