Singrauli News: सिंगरौली में जन-विश्वास शिविर में हंगामा, शिकायत का समाधान न होने पर ग्रामीण ने एसडीएम के वाहन पर लाठी से किया प्रहार

Singrauli News: सिंगरौली में देवसर विकासखंड के ग्राम पंचायत गन्नई गजरहिया (Gannai Gajarahiya Gram Panchayat in Deosar Development Block, Singrauli.) में आज शुक्रवार को आयोजित मुख्यमंत्री जन विश्वास शिविर उस समय चर्चा (The ‘Chief Minister’s Public Trust Camp’ that was organized became a topic of discussion at the time.) में आ गया, जब समस्या का निराकरण नहीं होने से नाराज एक ग्रामीण ने एसडीएम देवसर के वाहन के सामने लाठी भांज दी और वाहन पर प्रहार (Angered by the failure to resolve the issue, a villager brandished a stick in front of the Deosar SDM’s vehicle and struck the vehicle.) कर दिया। घटना के बाद एसडीएम वाहन से नीचे उतरे और ग्रामीणों की समस्याएं (After the incident, the SDM stepped out of the vehicle and [listened to] the villagers’ problems.) सुनीं। इधर बताते चले कि आज के इस शिविर में 308 आवेदन प्राप्त हुये, जिसमें 242 आवेदनों का निराकरण किया गया है।
शिविर में देवसर विधायक राजेंद्र मेश्राम, संभागायुक्त, कलेक्टर, एसपी सहित विभिन्न विभागों के जिला प्रमुख पहुंचे (District heads of various departments arrived.) थे। बड़ी संख्या में ग्रामीण अपनी समस्याएं लेकर शिविर (A large number of villagers came to the camp with their problems.) में आए थे। अधिकारियों और जनप्रतिनिधियों के रवाना होने के दौरान कुछ ग्रामीण एसडीएम के वाहन के सामने पहुंच (As officials and public representatives were departing, some villagers stepped in front of the SDM’s vehicle.) गए। ग्रामीणों का आरोप था कि समस्याएं सुनने के बावजूद उनका मौके पर समाधान नहीं हुआ (The villagers alleged that despite their grievances being heard, they were not resolved on the spot.) । इसी बात को लेकर ग्रामीणों में नाराजगी देखी (Resentment was observed among the villagers regarding the matter.) गई। प्रत्यक्षदर्शियों के मुताबिक इसी दौरान एक ग्रामीण ने गुस्से में लाठी घुमाते हुए एसडीएम के वाहन पर प्रहार (According to eyewitnesses, during this time, an angry villager swung a lathi and struck the SDM’s vehicle.) कर दिया। स्थिति की गंभीरता को देखते हुए एसडीएम वाहन से नीचे उतरे और ग्रामीणों से बातचीत (Given the seriousness of the situation, the SDM stepped out of the vehicle and spoke with the villagers.) की। ग्रामीणों ने गन्नई के सेटेलाइट विद्यालय तथा लालीमहुआरी स्थित आंगनवाड़ी केंद्र के जर्जर भवनों की शिकायत (Complaint regarding dilapidated buildings of Anganwadi Centre located) की। उनका कहना था कि दोनों भवन लंबे समय से खराब हालत में हैं और कभी भी हादसा हो सकता है। शिकायत सुनने के बाद एसडीएम स्वयं ग्रामीणों के साथ दोनों भवनों का निरीक्षण (After hearing the complaints, the SDM personally inspected both buildings along with the villagers.) करने पहुंच गए।
पुलिस ने कराया मामले को शांत
मौके पर पुलिसकर्मियों ने पहुंचकर स्थिति को शांत (Police personnel arrived at the scene and calmed the situation.) कराया। घटना के बाद शिविर की कार्यप्रणाली पर सवाल उठने (Questions raised regarding the functioning of the camp) लगे हैं। गौरतलब है कि पिछले दिनों चितरंगी क्षेत्र के बदगरा में भी मुख्यमंत्री जन विश्वास शिविर आयोजित (Chief Minister’s ‘Jan Vishwas Shivir’ (Public Trust Camp) also organized in Badgara.) हुआ था। वहां ग्रामीणों ने शिविर को महज खानापूर्ति बताते हुए अधिकांश समस्याओं का निराकरण नहीं होने का आरोप (Villagers dismissed the camp as a mere formality, alleging that most of their issues remained unresolved.) लगाया था। उस शिविर में पंचायत एवं ग्रामीण विकास राज्यमंत्री राधा सिंह भी शामिल हुई थीं। लगातार सामने आ रही ऐसी शिकायतों से जन विश्वास शिविरों की वास्तविक उपयोगिता को लेकर सवाल खड़े हो रहे (Such complaints are raising questions about the actual utility of the public trust camps.) हैं।

शिविर समाप्त होते ही कुछ ग्रामीणों ने एसडीएम के समक्ष विद्यालय एवं आंगनवाड़ी केन्द्र भवन की समस्या को सुनाएं, (As soon as the camp concluded, some villagers apprised the SDM of the issues regarding the school and Anganwadi centre buildings.) एसडीएम तत्काल विद्यालय पहुंच भवन को देखा है। कल दिन शनिवार को डीईओ से स्थल कर निरीक्षण कर प्रतिवेदन प्रस्तुत करने के निर्देश (Instructions to the DEO to inspect the site and submit a report.) दिये गये हैं।
