Singrauli News: सिंगरौली ननि आयुक्त सविता प्रधान के निर्देशानुसार नागरिक सेवाओं को अधिक त्वरित, पारदर्शी एवं सुलभ (Making citizen services faster, more transparent, and more accessible, in accordance with the directives of Singrauli Municipal Corporation Commissioner Savita Pradhan.) बनाने के उद्देश्य से वार्ड प्रभारियों को पीओएस मशीन के संचालन एवं डिजिटल भुगतान प्रक्रिया का व्यावहारिक प्रशिक्षण ननि सभागार (For this purpose, practical training was given to ward in-charges on operation of POS machine and digital payment process in NANI auditorium.) में दिया गया। प्रशिक्षण का उद्देश्य स्थानीय स्तर पर ही नागरिकों को डिजिटल माध्यम से बिल एवं अन्य देयकों के भुगतान (The objective of the training is to enable citizens to pay bills and other dues digitally at the local level.) की सुविधा उपलब्ध कराना तथा राजस्व संग्रहण व्यवस्था को अधिक प्रभावी एवं पारदर्शी (Providing facilities and making the revenue collection system more effective and transparent.) बनाना है। प्रशिक्षण के दौरान विशेषज्ञों द्वारा वार्ड प्रभारियों को पीओएस मशीन के संचालन, नेटवर्क कनेक्टिविटी, दैनिक बिल तैयार (During the training, experts instructed ward in-charges on the operation of PoS machines, network connectivity, and the preparation of daily bills.) करने एवं रसीद जारी करने की प्रक्रिया की जानकारी दी गई।
साथ ही यूपीआई, क्यूआर कोड, के्रडिट एवं डेबिट कार्ड सहित विभिन्न डिजिटल माध्यमों से भुगतान प्राप्त करने की प्रक्रिया का व्यावहारिक अभ्यास (Practical exercise on the process of receiving payments through digital channels.) कराया गया। प्रशिक्षण के दौरान वार्ड प्रभारियों की शंकाओं एवं तकनीकी जिज्ञासाओं का विषय विशेषज्ञों द्वारा समाधान किया गया। मशीन के सुरक्षित एवं सुचारु संचालन तथा तकनीकी समस्याओं (Safe and smooth operation of the machine and technical issues) के समाधान से संबंधित आवश्यक जानकारी भी दी गई। अधिकारियों ने पीओएस मशीनों के उचित रखरखाव, तकनीकी समस्याओं का त्वरित निराकरण सुनिश्चित (Officials ensured the proper maintenance of POS machines and the prompt resolution of technical issues.) करने तथा नागरिकों को डिजिटल भुगतान के लिए अधिक से अधिक प्रोत्साहित करने के निर्देश (Instructions to increasingly encourage citizens to use digital payments.) दिए। प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम में उपायुक्त वित्त अनुपम द्विवेदी, सहायक आयुक्त ज्योति सिंह, लेखा विभाग से छोटेलाल पनिका सहित समस्त वार्ड प्रभारी मौजूद रहे।
