Singrauli News: सिंगरौली के लकड़ी टालों में हरे पेड़ों की लकड़ी पहुंचने का आरोप, बिना अनुमति कटाई से लेकर खरीद-बिक्री तक उठे सवाल, वन विभाग की निगरानी पर नजर?

Singrauli News:  सिंगरौली जिले में संचालित लकड़ी टालों में हरे पेड़ों की लकड़ी के इस्तेमाल को लेकर सवाल उठने (Questions have been raised regarding the use of wood from green trees in the timber yards operating in Singrauli district.)  लगे हैं। आरोप है कि कुछ स्थानों पर हरे पेड़ों की कटाई कर उनकी लकड़ी टालों तक पहुंचाई जा  (It is alleged that at some places green trees are being cut and their wood is being transported to the depots.) रही है। ऐसे में सवाल यह है कि संबंधित लकड़ी किस प्रजाति और किस स्थान से लाई जा (In such a situation, the question is which species of wood is being brought and from which place?)  रही है तथा उसके परिवहन के लिए वैध दस्तावेज और ट्रांजिट पास मौजूद हैं या नहीं (Whether valid documents and transit passes for its transportation are available or not.) ।

नियमों के अनुसार लकड़ी एवं वन उपज के परिवहन को नियंत्रित करने के लिए शासन द्वारा व्यवस्था निर्धारित (Arrangements have been made by the government to control the transportation of wood and forest produce as per the rules.) की गई है। ऐसे में यदि किसी टाल में हरे पेड़ों की लकड़ी पहुंच रही है तो उसके स्रोत, कटाई की अनुमति, स्वामित्व संबंधी दस्तावेज और परिवहन अनुमति की जांच जरूरी है।

स्थानीय लोगों का सवाल है कि यदि लकड़ी वैध तरीके से लाई जा रही है तो उसके दस्तावेजों की जांच क्यों नहीं की (If the wood was being transported legally, why were the documents not checked?) जाती और यदि नियमों के विपरीत हरे पेड़ों की कटाई हो रही है तो जिम्मेदारों पर कार्रवाई क्यों नहीं होती?

अब देखने वाली बात होगी कि वन विभाग और संबंधित अधिकारी लकड़ी टालों की जांच कराकर लकड़ी के स्रोत और वैध दस्तावेजों का सत्यापन (It will be interesting to see whether the Forest Department and the concerned officials will inspect the timber depots and verify the source of the timber and valid documents.) करते हैं या नहीं।
